One day someone will cross paths with you that impacts you in such a way that it changes you. The review I am about to give will probably be my greatest one of all. The hotel was nice, clean and had everything I needed for my 2 week stay. My service dog’s needs were accommodated as expected and the location was quiet. What truly stood out was the customer experience that I received every day that Maya worked! Maya exemplifies what real customer service should look and feel like. This location is lucky to have an employee that goes out of her way to do special things for her guest with no expectations but to make that guest feel at home. If you’re traveling to the Lexington Sc area and you want this type of experience, stop in a tell Maya that Tina sent you!

First of all, I want to acknowledge the kind staff. They're wonderful… BUT If you're thinking about booking this place because you think it HAS to be nice because the name Marriott is attached, think again. The hotel is outdated, the rooms Are dirty and damaged, one of the elevators doesn't work, the breakfast is DISGUSTING if you get anything other than cereal. Our couch was stained with gooey brown god knows what, the bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping with a rod under my back. The window tint was peeled off so you could see right in. We were on the second floor so I tried to just block out the visible areas with a trash cans. I was also originally charged over $300 for the room. I can't believe how much they charge for such an awful experience. we spoke to the staff about it and they made it right, but this place needs a lot of work.

This was not our first stay here. We had stayed in 2021 and enjoyed it so much that we just had to stay here again. We had spent a week in Florida and decided to spend two nights here to just rest before continuing home. We were greeted by a very friendly younger lady. Our little fur baby doesn't really like other people loving on him. But, something about her that he allowed it :) Our room was very clean. Hot water for showers was amazing!! We had a living area with sectional couch, desk, lamps, table for two and kitchenette. It was so comfortable!! We will stay again if we are able to travel through Columbia again.

The kindness and helpfulness of "Mya" at the front desk made my stay truly special. The cleanliness and decor were wonderful, and her generosity in providing me with a complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash made me feel truly valued. I will be returning here in the future!

The friendly service and great recommendations by the front desk salvaged the stay. The location is not great, and nearly impossible to turn left onto the main road with no traffic light. The room was okay. No ice machine and no ice trays in the freezer. I also believe one of the elevators was broken. Don’t really understand the trend of door-less showers, especially in an extended stay hotel for families. The shower just sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, and without a tub was hard to bathe my child.

Nice big rooms. Some of them have full ovens/stoves. Really friendly staff. Horrible, cheap coffee makers that Marriott puts in all their properties to save 5 cents. Not the fault of this place, just terrible corporate micromanagement. I stay here often and have racked up about 25+ days already this year.

Amazing hotel!! The staff makes you feel right at home. Clean rooms and a huge beautiful lobby. Breakfast is great. The outside patio is also really awesome. It has a firepit and a grill! You will not regret staying here. Lots of food options in the area!

Hotel was pretty clean. King suites are nice design and large. Bed was comfortable. We had a minor issue with person above us jumping (continual loud banging noises), but front desk called them and it wasn't an issue again. ||The gym could use some additional accessories (e.g. foam rollers, mats, yoga blocks, other equipment). It was very basic with a few treadmills, 1 eliptical, 1 bench and 8 sets of dumbbells. ||Breakfast needs more healthy options. There was no whole wheat bread, only fruits were oranges and apples (beyond syrup filled fruit cup), and no cold water (although front desk provided us with bottled water upon request).||Overall we'd stay here again passing through
