The shower wasn't clean. The wall mounted body wash was missing, just a cracked bracket. Towels are small, scratchy. Bathroom is so tiny you must step into the shower to close the door. Worst part? All night party upstairs. Cops came twice, we got no sleep, and the desk staff just shrugged, like, "what do you want me to do?" NOT Marriott standards at all.

We had been booked here for a weekend softball tournament. It is close by restaurants, markets, family fun attractions and gas stations. The room was not clean. I found wrappers from the previous guest under the phone, dirty cloths under the cupboard, the shower was nasty, there was standing water in the dishwasher and the room was very dusty. The room served its purpose as we just slept there. We did have 5 guests and only 4 pillows in the room. We did ask for more and was given one. The staff is nice and helpful. Our stay did come with free breakfast which surprisingly had quite a few options.

I'm giving a fair 3 star on the room and service for the following reasons: The shampoo and body wash bottles were completely empty. How did it get that low and not be noticed? I requested them to be replenished and they were; however, I was puzzled as to why housekeeping did not do the rest of the service. Instead, one soiled face cloth was missing, the bath mat was folded and placed on the shower door handle, and the trash was taken out. That's it. The bed wasn't made and no towels were refreshed. I went to the front desk and asked the young woman what was typically done by housekeeping. The response was "I don't know, I'm only the front desk person." Cleanliness was fair, a few dead house flies in the window sills and a fair amount of dust on the popcorn ceiling from the nearby AC vent. The plus was that it was rather quiet, except for the dumpster pick up at 4:30 a.m. on two mornings (Wed/Fri) next to building 13.

Ruined family trip. Dirty, run down. Pool closes at 8pm in the summer??!!! No activities for kids. Left another crappy hotel in this town and booked this last minute in about 30 seconds thinking it should b ok being a Marriott Bonvoy. This place is awful. Not sure what standards are for Marriott Bonvoy, apparently very low. Unless desperate or emergency need a place, do NOT stay here. Wish we would’ve just kept driving.

Positive: Location was close to stores and places to eat. Room was very nice. We stayed in 2 bedroom and it was spacious. Breakfast was good. Really liked the different hotel buildings. Was here for the Final Four Basketball. Would definitely stay again. Negative: No Negative: ""

We booked directly through the Marriott site for a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4, we arrived to check in and were told it wasn’t available but they could give us 2 rooms. Went with the flow as they were going to be side by side. However one room the a/c wasn’t on, so we turned it on and went to the other room, over an hour later it was still 80 degrees. Called the front desk who told me to wait another 10 minutes, still 80 degrees, so we moved one upstairs. 2nd night there was a group of people screaming and yelling from 12:45-4am, we called security twice it would quiet down for a few moments after each visit from security. But they would start back up. For a family this kind of behavior is scary for adults, let alone kids. Breakfast was ok, nothing was hot, just maybe like warm. Pool towels were always empty so bring your own. You have to go to front desk to get new bath towels, and they make you bag them yourself. People were “nice” but not friendly. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This is an older hotel. Carpets seem dirty. Kitchen floor seems dirty. Kitchen cheaply equipped with the cheapest utensils available. No spatula? Pans are cheap and filled with burn. Have stayed here multiple times because that's where my company has a contract with. The fitted sheets never fit the bed and they constantly come off. You can't close rhe bathroom door without standing in the shower. There's a Home2Home across the street for $10 more. Stay there.

People who doesn't seem to be hotel guests hang around looking at guest like me. I DID NOT feel safe here. They screamed and yelled until very very late right outside of my room. I saw a security guy patrol the parking lot. I noticed this place is not 100% hotel. Rough and annoying people live here. Stay away.
