We are returning customers and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The customer service that Eli provides is excellent!! We have received wonderful front desk service from Elaine and the other workers. We have watched them greet and ask the residents how they’re doing especially if they are receiving a medical that day. We have had the great pleasure of being cared for by housekeepers Yesenia, Maria and Isabella. All three women are truly trust worthy . Even the young maintenance man is polite and caring and on the ball- he fixed our tv when it was a small thing. We believe if you can trust someone in a small thing- you can trust them in a big one. All of these folks have made a believer out of us and we wouldn’t want to stay any where else. Thanks everyone!!! We’re coming back!!

Wonderful staff. We were greeted by 2 wonderful women when we checked into the property. Check in was a breeze. I would recommend that they put a sign on the front that says lobby or check-in because we weren't too sure where to go. The lobby was clean clean and inviting. You could see the upgrades they had done and done quite well. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with living room and kitchen/dining top golf package. We did not receive the top golf coupons but didn't say anything because we weren't going to use them anyway. The package was the only way that we could confirm the 2 bedroom suite.|The elevators were very loud and one of the doors had a hole on the front in the metal. They were just the right size for a party of 4 with a luggage cart.||Our room was so nice. One larger bedroom and one smaller, both with their own bathrooms. The entire suite was updated and very clean. The couch I believe, was built for the Flintstone and Rubble family. I know people don't spend that much time in the suites, but because of rain, we did. IT WAS AS HARD AS A ROCK! My back is paying for sitting on it still. There was only 1 bar of soap in the bedroom so the same soap used to wash your hands had to be used in the shower. An extra would have been nice. They have the refillable shampoo and cream rinse on the shower wall. I love that idea BUT, the light green writing was difficult to read which product it was. ||Breakfast was not so good. There was a wide variety of items but the eggs tasted funny, the sausage patties were gray and the links....not sure what to say about them! The oatmeal was watery. There was a variety of breads with your choice of butter, peanut butter, cream cheese and jam packets. There were several yogurt options. The dining area was kept clean and the staff was nice and kept items well stocked.||All in all, it was a nice stay. BUT....PLEASE replace those couches!!!

I stayed here on a business trip this week. I was so impressed by the amazing customer support. The staff went out of their way to assist me very quickly and made me feel well taken care of. Their smiles made being so far from home feel not so far. Special shoutout to Yvonne, thank you for your help!

Wonderful experience, I felt instantly relieved when I entered the lobby. The staff were beyond warm and welcoming, which really made me feel comfortable and confident in booking with them and knowing that my experience would run smoothly. The manager was so patient and attentive to all of my needs the moment I came to the counter to retrieve my room key 🔑 and really allocated their time into telling me about all of the amenities they have to offer as well as where everything I would possibly need was located at for during my stay. I will most definitely be booking a ro here again the next time I am traveling 🧳 for work and would highly recommend staying here,as I felt truly grateful for my experience and ease of services and user friendly app/online user experience !!

We were expecting the same service we received in other Residence Inn location we visit last month. The pool table is a plus + This is a good hotel but we were a little disappointed of the limitations on coffee supplies (cream and sugar) when we ask the front desk. We stayed four days asking everyday. The staff is attentive but limited. The hotel is peaceful, clean and is a nice location.

The living room is spacious, however the bedroom is a bit tight to get around the bed. Plenty of drawer space but not many hangers in the closet. There is a coat closet by the door, which would have been nice if there had been any hangers in it. The lighting is terrible in the whole suite, especially the bathroom and sink area. The bed was not very comfortable and the couch is hard as a rock. The stopper for the sink did not fit so it wasn't possible to fill it to wash dishes. There is a large desk and it's nice to have a table and chairs for eating. The breakfast area is nice, had good selections but did run out of coffee. Overall, just average.

Non-smokers Beware. If you are a non-smoker (and/or do not want to subject your family members to secondhand smoke) , I would recommend that you choose another hotel. The hotel staff makes no attempts to enforce its own non-smoking policy. There is weed smoke in the hallways and, more importantly, it is allowed to drift into your room via the vents. According to the EPA, secondhand weed smoke is just as toxic and noxious (e.g., carcinogenic) as tobacco or cigarette smoke. However, the staff makes zero effort to deter or address weed smoke. Their approach is to fine guests after the fact - which does nothing to prevent the exposure of those of us who are nonsmokers during our stays. There was a continuous issue of weed smoke wafting into my room during my stay. I requested a room in area of the hotel that would be less populated, lower risk for smoke exposure (the hotel was not at capacity), and my request was ignored. Then, I requested an air purifier and that request was ignored. After being awaken involuntarily at 5:37 AM from intense weed smoke (odor and particles) coming through the vent in the bedroom, the front desk clerk stated that there was nothing she could do about it. I spoke with the General Manager, Karolina, who simply put was unprofessional. Instead of being cordial, helpful and attempting to problem-solve, her responses ranged from indifference to borderline hostility. This hotel is simply not worth the many hassles and poor management. ________________ Karolina, this "response" is indicative of your poor leadership and character. A.) I allowed the front desk manager, Anthony, into my room Multiple times. B.) Furthermore, I made a request for your staff to enter while I was away for meetings and no one came by or responded to my request for an air purifier. Not to mention, the smoke intrusions were happening at night after 8 PM and early AM - so, checking nearby rooms during the daytime was never going to allow you to identify the source of the smoke. I also requested that you engage the Building Engineer to better understand the air flows and narrow down the possible sources of the smoke - which you refused to do. Air flows are more complicated than you think. If you were at all serious about identifying the source, you would have taken this step. C.) I absolutely did not extend my stay. The fact that you would lie and misrepresent - speaks to your poor character as a so-called GM, D.) I had a terrible allergic reaction to secondhand smoking intruding into my room at 5:37 AM due to your unwillingness and/or incompetence at enforcing the non-smoking policy at this property.

Honest precise Review:|Hotel Staff/Greeting - Fine Pleasant|Room- OK -Couch is hard/small not comfy. TV is great! Fairly large and allows for stream services if you have your own subscription. Nice touch. Bed is OK. Shower OK|Breakfast - OK|Conclusion It’s clean. Pleasant but just OK. Have tried another hotel in area much better. I believe they are trying to offer a nice experience and in a sense it’s not bad. If they changed the couch to more relaxing I believe that would help a great deal. You literally cannot sit on the couch and allow your body to rest in it. It’s very stiff and small as far as sitting.
