Great location, spacious rooms and clean. We stayed in the bedroom suite as a family of 7. Comfortable. Pullout queen bed in the living room. Pleanty of space for a big family at a great price.|Shuttle to cruise port comes every half hour and is $12/pp. We ended taking uber for 7 people cost $8.

Had a great experience besides having to wait for room to be ready but that was due to our early flight. The front desk woman Donna was amazing and made the wait pleasant for me. I can't wait to return because the room is a 10/10. Couldn't ask for a more accommodating room.

L'appartement que nous avons eu était parfait pour 4 personnes. Le logement est très confortable et spacieux. Plutôt prévu pour deux avec un canapé lit en plus pour les enfants pour lesquels nous avons dû demander des draps faire le lit nous-même. Le petit-déjeuner et plutôt chouette avec beaucoup de diversité l'emplacement n'est pas très pratique pour partir en balade à pied, cependant nous avons mis un peu plus de 20 minutes pour aller à la plage ce qui est assez peu.

Donna was absolutely providing top notch customer service from the moment we got here! She was such a friendly face and extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and big. Full size fridge and plenty of room. The dish washer was a huge bonus! Definitely recommend.

My two friends and I stayed here at the Residence Inn for one night before boarding our cruise the next day. The hotel was easy to locate and great location in Cape Canaveral. We were close to many restaurants and gas stations for food and snacks. Ethan at the front desk was very courteous, friendly, and prompt. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. No issues at all. The mini kitchen in the room was also a plus! We were minutes away from the port. I would definitely stay here again for our next cruise departure.

This is a close hotel for 4 people (2 adults/2kids) for 1 night. We had our cruise the next day and was convenient. It was comfortable and cozy. They do offer breakfast with your stay. They also offer a cruise shuttle for a fee per person but decided to Uber it.

Donna was an absolute angel. She got me signed up to earn points, we got a few upgrade so we could have a balcony. She’s was so kind and wonderful. The breakfast was so good! Plus The room had a little kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave of toaster, coffee maker, and a little stove, top and dishwasher! Perfect for families! We’d stay again just for Donna.

Kim at the front desk was AMAZING! She was so helpful with our situation and I was in the lobby waiting for our room and would just notice how helpful and kind she was. No matter what she always had a smile on her face. The check in time was very busy as it was a full resort and she never let the line fluster her, she was always professional and welcoming. Way to go Kim!
