My family stayed here for 2 months while we dealt with an insurance claim, which temporarily displaced us. They made us feel very welcomed and made us feel like it was “home away from home”. They addressed any need we had, breakfast was always great, and the front desk staff were just so accommodating. Specials thanks to Trisha, Pearl, and Edna at the front desk. Rico with housekeeping was also very helpful! Everyone we encountered was just so great. I would stay here again should I never need to. The hospitality team does not disappoint!
Stayed here with my wife this summer. Staff was friendly, as I've come to expect from the Marriott brand. However, the room was in state of disrepair; looks like water damage on ceiling, simply unacceptable for the prices they charge.
The beds are not great. Came with a crew of 9 for a month long job. By day 3 half of us were complaining of back pain. By day 5 everyone was.
Sofa was more comfortable than the bed.
Loved it! Great room, even had a desk and everything else needed to work. So working from home was simple and worry free
They refuse to credit my Bonvoy points to my account for my stay. Indicating I did not personally reserve the room. However upon arrival I gave them my credit card and Bonvoy number Indicating my office reserved multiple rooms as we had an event we were hosting in town. The clerk was not properly trained. I am Platinum Elite and they are refusing to credit the stay even after escalation. Poor customer service and lack of staff training. Marriott you can do much better!
The staff is amazing, but the rooms have big wear and tear, and have not been kept up. The fire pit was dope, the fitness center was decent, the pool was warm and the outlets are close!
Got a two bedroom suite for me friends and one child on the way back from Six Flags, to tired to drive back to sacto. Had fun at the indoor pool for a night dip it was open until 11 pmt. The fire pit is nice and the gym is clean. The room was excellent. The place felt safe and the breakfast was yummy,
