Always enjoy staying here when in town for work! And even if I'm not staying on the property I go out of my way to say hello to the wonderful bartender Rahel. She makes all guests feel at home and I enjoy catching up with her and the fabulous guests staying in Springfield.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Everyone we encountered from the front desk, to housekeeping and even the maintenance guy were all so, so wonderful. I took a star off for location because trying to walk dogs there everyday was the worst part of the month long stay there. This hotel was like an oasis in the middle of the desert though. Once inside, it was so peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and just can’t say enough about the incredible people who work there.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott. We booked a suite for a romantic getaway. The room had peeling wall paper on many walls, toothpaste stains on the mirror, a dent in the refrigerator and dust. The room was poorly cleaned and maintained. We requested another room and the second room was better cleaned except there was hair in the sheets and the tv was not working properly. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone and never did. We called back and no one answered the phone again. We will never stay at this location again. We have stayed here before and had good experiences but this was our first time in a suite and our nice getaway was a ruined. The positive things are the room temperature was comfortable and easily adjustable, and the shower stayed hot and had good strong pressure. Food was mostly pre packaged and not very good. The waffles were good and thats all we ate. The breakfast staff was pleasant. Parking spaces are small and the garage was crowded.

Nice hotel, good location, and Rahel at the bar|estaurant is the best! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to most requests. Rooms are good size with kitchen and living room, bathroom could use some updating. CWM

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rahel at the lobby bar was absolutely amazing every single day. She made my long stay much better being able to relax at the bar with great food and drinks and a friendly smile. I will come back again just to see her. Thank you Rahel

Rahel gave exemplary service! She was responsive, approachable and available. It was clear she gives her heart to the work and valued customer satisfaction. In many occasions she went above and beyond to ensure needs were met and did it with a smile. Thank you!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Got me checked in very quickly, provided me with a late check out so I didn’t have to spend all day at the airport. Travel a lot for business and would have no problem staying here again.

Everything about this hotel created the worst Marriott experience of my life. Safety, staff, and room cleanliness were the top issues, so I’m offering feedback in that order. First, the safety concerns revolve mainly around the garage. My first night arriving, there was someone doing drugs on the top floor of the parking garage blocking my access to the stairway. I parked on a lower floor, and it was evident that the stairway and part of the garage are being used as an open-air bathroom as the smell of urine was overpowering in several areas. The garage was frequently used as a meeting place for transient individuals not staying at the hotel. Second, the front desk staff was terrible. The “manager on duty” sign never had a name attached to it, and no one working ever wore a name tag. Trash and towels were supposed to be every second day, and when I called the front desk on my third night because I still had trash and was out of towels I was told someone would be sent up. Five hours later and nothing had happened, so I went to the front desk where I was told the hotel was out of towels and was given two bathroom floormats to dry myself with. I’ve never had sensitive skin in my life, but after handling those mats I developed a rash on both of my arms. Lastly, my room was disgusting. The couch had multiple large stains on it and the ceiling had dark blotches in spots that looked like someone attempt to unsuccessfully paint over. What was supposed to have been a 19 night stay turned into a 5 night stay as I could not get out of there fast enough.
