The rooms are beautiful and you could definitely live here. The front desk guy wasn’t on his prime, he didn’t give us sheets for the sofa bed, so we had to go through the rain to get some later that night. Also our room card didn’t work on the second day, we had to go back to the front desk and he didn’t even bother apologizing. On our last morning we wanted to tip house keeping but weren’t able to because the front desk couldn’t break a 20🤡 Breakfast is very good and the lady taking care of it is on her stuff. The rooms come with dishes and a full kitchen. You can definitely cook here. Everything is clean and quiet (except for the ac maybe). The bathtub is definitely angled awkwardly. We would like to give it 5 stars but they keep pushing themselves back to 4. The pricing is awesome.

This hotel uses A LOT of air freshener in their rooms. Everything is pretty rundown…the door was difficult to open, the furniture was banged up, bed was super uncomfortable, there were a couple of silverfish bugs crawling around, the coffee maker was missing the pot, shower was not super clean, and breakfast was subpar. And they charge a parking fee which is absurd…it’s not in a city or parking garage. I’ll look for a different hotel on my next visit to the area. Do better, Marriott.

The location was convenient. The floor in the room was almost sticky feeling. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at that I had to wear socks or shoes the entire time due to the dirty floors. With a toddler, it's inconvenient to always have socks or shoes on their feet. We moved chairs around and there was food and dirty socks that hadn't been picked up. The breakfast was a nice addition to our trip. Kitchen and fridge are nice in the room- everything worked properly there. Door was hard to open- got stuck several times. If we ever come back to Connecticut after a 14 hour drive, I'm not sure we would pick this hotel again.

The room wasn't bad but the grounds had more to be desired. While walking our dog we came upon many discarded needles, booze bottles and poop that the dog owners didn't pick up.||Our 1st night there 9 grown men came out of a ground floor room and ran all around the complex only to meet up with more men.||The parking lot is full of abandoned cars and trucks. Most had flat tires. Vans and trucks filled with garbage with flat tires. A dumpster taking up a space. Came back from dinner and couldn't find a parking space. My husband is 100% disabled and the 2 handicapped spaces closest to our room were taken by non handicapped cars. One took up a space and the other went in sideways to also take up the walkway space. I waved down the the security guard as he drove by us to let him know about the 2 cars taking up the handicapped spaces. He just looked and drove on by. I don't know why the have him. Not sure what he's paid to do because there are drunks and people on drugs on the curbs.||I talked to a few guests and we all seem to think the hotel takes in the homeless or/and illegals. I think but not sure that there might have been a prostitute on the corner of 1 building waiting for someone or something.||I went to the office to complain about all the junk cars and trucks and her comment was " we can't make our residents move their vehicles". I then added that we were paying customers and should be able to park our car. NO comment given.||We've stayed here 2.5 years ago and it wasn't perfect but not as bad as it is now. One more thing. On the weekend the pool was packed with young adults. The girls had practically nothing on. ||Just make sure you check out the grounds before you book. I personally did NOT feel safe out there without my husband.||We never received a bill under the door for our stay. My husband had to call the district office to obtain one because there was a $400 charge and a $10 charge on our credit card bill is that we have no idea what they are for. We are fighting that.||We will NOT be back.

Nightmare ... woken by crackling noise in the kitchen at 4am and upon checking we found our packaged food had been eaten by a rodent (A very large one or two). We found a hole next to the stairs inside where it had chewed through. It appeared the hole had been stuffed with plastic and it was shredded on the floor. |We called the front desk and said we will not be staying. I sent the photos to show them. We had to drag our luggage to a new room but decided that if there were rats in our room there could very possibly be some in other areas.|No offer of assistance to transport us to another hotel even though there was a Residence Inn van outside. Could have had us wait for a driver to show up.|Room rate was refunded but no further compensation offered. We therefore had to pay for 2 rooms to accommodate the additional family members joining us. So we are substantially over budget.|Great start to our fun family gathering! NOT!!!

We had a house fire and requested the Residence Inn and did not regret it! Clean, attractive and dog friendly, we were happy to be there. The staff was very courteous and responsive to our every need...will stay there again in happier circumstances! Special thanks to Emmanuel

Wi-Fi was terrible and front desk was no help. Couldn’t use laptop for work. Housekeeping was terrible, room was only cleaned once in a week. We had to supply our own Kleenex, trash bags and only got a sheet for the bed, no pillowcases. Front desk wasn’t much Help. I’m thinking about trying a room again and if the service isn’t any better I’ll move to a different Hotel The worst Hotel I ever stayed in for the price. I usually stay in Hotels at least a full week, so I can make this comparison. My girlfriend and myself emailed the property manager and haven’t heard anything back. Unprofessional

This is a very dated Residence Inn but it’s kept in fairly decent shape and is very quiet. Rooms for the most part seem to be clean and are very spacious. Location was right off of the highway and is close to nearby cities.

My boys love the trails that loop around the dog park. We go with friends often. The wild life around the pond is fun to spot. We highly recommend the hiking trails! Unfortunately my dog is too hyper/unpredictable with others, so we've never brought
