Positively lovely 2 bedroom suite with fireplace, and the staff was beyond friendly to downright personable! They *wanted* it to snow *for* me so that my skiing would be better! And asked which mountain I visited when I returned to the hotel at the end of my day. Great place and staff. Perfect! I'd highly recommend this hotel for any reason (business, ski, other vacation) because they make being *away* from home so darn easy there. It was ridiculously comfortable.
We were coming to Saratoga Springs to see friends of ours sing at Caffe Lena and we decided to stay overnight. The hotel was very accommodating to us since we would be checking in late and allowed us to have a late checkout. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were perfect (my pet peeve is pillows that are WAY too soft). Very clean room (even on top of the mirror) Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to use the pool or the workout room. The staff, both at night and in the morning, were friendly and professional. The free breakfast was really good, actually better than a number of others places we have stayed with similar free breakfasts. We are planning to return to Saratoga at some point and we will definitely consider another stay here.
We used points to stay here for a wrestling tournament. Everything was top notch. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the manager was present on site. The room was spacious and comfortable. As much as I love talking the toiletries home, I appreciate the use of large toiletry dispensers for the environment.
There was a comfortable lobby with a fireplace, books, games and 24 hour coffee, tea, water and cold brew.
The breakfast area was clean and had many hot and cold items including homemade oatmeal with a myriad of delicious toppings. I was joking that the only thing missing were hard boiled eggs, and there they were!
The hotel is tricky to find using GPS, but we found a shortcut. The only negative was the noxious smell in the elevator. They had replaced the carpet and the fumes were awful.
We didn't use the fitness room or pool, but they seemed nice. There is even an outside basketball court.
Wish we could use our points during racing season.
This hotel had everything we needed. The service was friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was a great deal. We loved the holiday decorations being up already in the lobby - super cute and cozy.
The hotel was extremely walkable to the downtown area which was also appreciated.
Great quality for the price and we’ll be back the next time we make it down to beautiful Saratoga Springs.
Excellent stay at this clean well managed hotel located few minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs filled with restaurants and shopping. The rooms are large, well appointed and clean! The hotel has a nice size heated swimming pool and hot tub. The employees are friendly. The hotel also accepts pets!
This place would get 5 stars except employee walked in my room at night twice. Allegedly he was a maintenance guy. He never knocked or anything. I was only here 8 days and conveniently lost two skull caps and a phone charging cable or did I lose it because someone had unauthorized access to my room?
I travel 90% of the year. Seems strange I lost that many things in 8 days. Spoke with GM he's a very stand up guy. Hopefully he's able to fix that issue with employee access permanently banning him
An older building, but nice, love the drawer spaces older style hotels. Very small gym area, pool was fine. The area of town seemed a little rough, not super bad, but, not the best. Didn't have any problems tho.
The staff here are so helpful and that made the experience less painful but I wouldn’t come here again. The rooms are tired and worn out, the AC is noisy but this came in handy because you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the unit above you. The floors are squeaky and there is no soundproofing. We are Bonvoy members and usually really happy with Marriott hotels but we won’t be coming back to this one.

We had our daughterâs wedding at Anneâs Washington Inn in early September. We chose to work with Madeleine during the planning and she could not have been more helpful and considerate. During a beastly hot, humid week with unpredictable downpours
Shane is the best! He makes working out fun and motivating. He genuinely cares about my fitness needs and personal goals and tailors each workout for me. I couldnât reccomend a better personal trainer!!

A must visit tea shop! I was really surprised by how many different kinds of tea there were, and opted to purchase some local tea blends. There is also a corner in the back of the shop dedicated to all things honey, and we really loved taste testing
Best customer service that I've experienced in a long time!
Since I'm not a experience runner Tessa took the time to explain each brand with so much knowledge. I have to say that I was very impressed. The prices were so reasonable, along with my new
Based solely on her advertising around the Saratoga - Albany area, I first engaged with Aubrey's team in the Spring of 2022. At a challenging time in my life, I'd been divorced about two years and had made the decision to sell the home I'd owned for
