Residence Inn by Marriott - Hotel in Pensacola - 6000 Cobble Crk Dr, USA

The staff members at this location went above and beyond. We had a voucher due to travel and it seemed they did even more to make our stay comfortable. They are so appreciated by our family. And the rooms! So nice! Also the man who drives the shuttle is really nice and professional. Thank you for allowing us to rest in such a welcoming place. And the beds are comfy!

From the moment I called the hotel to book our one night stay we received 5 star service. The man who booked our room for us over the phone was kind and professional, as was the man who checked us in, and the lady who checked us out. The two ladies working the free breakfast in the morning were so pleasant and friendly, and the breakfast itself was seriously SO nice compared to other hotel continental breakfasts I had ever had. The breakfast area was very clean and tidy, the foods were covered and hot and clearly marked, and the selection was great. Our room was very deserving of 5 stars. It was clean and spacious. We were greeted by a personalized “Good afternoon (insert name)” message on the large TV upon entering the room. We were able to log into Netflix etc on the TV, which was extremely convenient. The bathroom had REALLY nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (North 35 degrees was the brand I think?) that was mounted to the shower wall and smelled of eucalyptus, I believe. Much better than the typical, disposable, not-so-great shampoos/conditioners and bar soaps of other hotels. The only negative of the entire stay was the water escaping the shower enclosure (the showers do not have a door, it’s a walk in shower, which is a visually appealing feature but proved to not be functional). Water literally puddled outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The kitchen was stocked with hand towels, dish soap, silverware, dishes. And it was spotless. The room had a thermostat, rather than the loud, large unit found under the window of most hotels. Dog friendly! Enough said. Though, there wasn’t a grassy space on property to walk them other than a very small strip in the front of the building. We did find a large grassy area across the street which worked out fine. I find that a lot times the photos online of hotel rooms show them to be way better than they are in person. This place was as clean and well kept, if not cleaner and more well kept, than it is in the photos online. I literally said out loud “I won’t ever stay in another hotel” and that’s the truth!

The front desk Manager Antonio and their shuttle driver were extremely kind and welcoming. They both went above and beyond to help us when we arrived in very late after a horrendous travel day with a cranky two year old a million bags. The room was cool and clean. Continental breakfast as good as any but the service would have us coming back, they even allowed a late checkout to accommodate our toddlers morning nap! The black out curtains in the rooms are perfect for those with littles napping during the day. Just a note for parents: there is no door to the kitchenette, we used luggage on a chair to block it off easily.

In town to be with a family member recovering from surgery and I needed a quiet, clean, and comfortable room. Antonio and his colleagues went out of their way to ensure I had a top floor, room away from the ice machine and elevator. It was the best RI I have ever stayed inn. The staff from the front desk, to the breakfast team, to housekeeping seemed happy to be working their and could not have been kinder. I generally do not write reviews, but wanted to make sure this location gets recognized. They understand customer service. Thank you!

The staff at this location is seriously the best I’ve ever experienced. This may be a residence inn, but it’s holding its weight against the Ritz in terms of service. When I parked my EV rental someone was there to help me get things rolling to charge up. I walked inside and was helped immediately. I mentioned my dinner plans and was offered a ride and 10% discount voucher. A room wasn’t ready yet, so they held my bags while I went to (an early) dinner. Absolutely one of the best Marriott experiences to date and I travel 50%+. Thank you!!

We just left the Residence Inn this morning. We were there for five days. It was a wonderful experience. The staff (special shout out to Ryan!) went above and beyond to help us in every way that we needed. The hotel and the grounds were immaculately kept. We had a special-needs person with us, and they were so friendly, and made everything so welcoming. Highly recommended!

Super clean hotel, easy check-in, and a great breakfast. Plus, they have EV charging stations for guests. We came down to watch the Blue Angels, and this hotel did not disappoint.

I came in from out of town and drove all night. Every hotel was booked that I had checked so I called here desperate and spoke to Brandy. It was 7 in the morning and I was up for 26 hours driving to get here and needed a place to sleep until I got my sister from the airport at 2. I know hotels with their checkouts usually being early but at this point if I could've gotten a hour of sleep I was okay. Brandy was so helpful and nice got me a beautiful room extended my stay until 2 and tried to help save me money if she could. The whole place was beautiful and clean! Even though my stay here was short if I am ever in this area again I would definitely come back. We did get breakfast before heading to sleep and that was amazing as well highly recommend the egg sandwich! Thank you again to this amazing staff!
