Interesting experience at this hotel. I've stayed at a lot hotels in and I worked in the industry for 12+ years. I checked in under the Marriott family and friend discount. To my surprise at check in there was some issues verifying my rate discount. Hotel had to authorize more and standard rack rate which was fine. There was some going back and forth with the front desk team and myself to get it adjusted but it was adjusted by the time I checked out. What I need to complain about is the service that was offered because of the error of my rate. I understand that if you can't verify certain information other things have to be adjusted. But making people feel like criminals is not called for. Sonia, who helped me at check in was very impatient with me when she realized my credentials for the discount couldn't be verified. It's one thing to say, sorry we can't offer the rate and another thing to be pushy as if I can't cover what needs to be covered. The second day of my stay Sonia just seemed like she had some prejudice towards me because of the issue from my check in. I get you have to do your job, but don't be rude about it. Because of my experience with Sonia, I got the correct information later that night and decided to just fix everything at checkout. Agent at checkout was much nicer and more professional. She was able to adjust everything with ease. Besides this issue, everything else at the hotel was great. Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was lovely and roomy. I'll most likey not find myself staying at this property again.
This is our third time at Residence Inn Las Vegas Convention Center. It's a great place to stay. Pet friendly, hot breakfast buffer, and staff members are kind and professional. The only thing I would say is in re: to their fitness center. They do not have one, but the description of the hotel lists it down. They should fix this. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's far enough from the strip so you're not bombarded and overly stimulated; at the same time, the strip is near enough that you won't have an issue exploring... especially with the monorail. The monorail is right across from the hotel and it has been a lifesaver! I would rate it a 4.8/5.
Front desk staff was amazing! The GM Lindsey was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, respectful and all around an amazing host. The rooms are gorgeous. The simplicity and cleanliness was top notch. I will be staying here again! If your looking for a nice property away from the strip but close enough to enjoy if wanted! This place is perfect!
Stay was great. Stayed on my birthday and wish I could have stayed longer. The 2 bedroom loft was amazing. Manager at the front, Lindsey, outstanding. The lady that checked me in was kind of trash, she didn’t care for my birthday at all. But other than her, the stay was amazing. Oh, and Roger was cool too! 😎
This is perfect for people traveling with kids. It’s off the strip but directly across the street from a monorail stop which makes getting to the strip very easy. The included hot breakfast is a huge bonus, and it helps that it’s actually good! The pool is never crowded (most of the time empty). I would definitely stay here again.
Booked this as they advertised as pet friendly....they are NOT pet friendly....this is the only place in Las Vegas we went to that we could not eat in a restaurant with our 6lb dog. Dogs are allowed in restaurants in Las Vegas, so this is their policy. Breakfast was self-served on thin Styrofoam. The waffles were good. Also, We had to move rooms due to the 1st having a very pungent cigarette smell, the carpet was super dirty too. We overheard another guest having the same issue, and they said they'd just have to live with it. The pots in the kitchen were old and warped. The frying pan handle was so loose it spun, the dishes were dirty on arrival. 15 dollars a day for parking is a cash grab in an area that is mostly free. This is not the firist time we've had similar issues with this chain.... We are all done with Marriott as they have lost quality, and raised prices.
We stayed in the two bedroom loft style rooms. Two bathrooms fully stocked kitchen. Great ac and loved that they had breakfast. A little something for everyone who wasn’t picky. I would stay here again. Not too far from the strip but far enough from the noise
Location is great for the convention center, within walking distance off all of the halls. Plenty of shopping & dining within 15-20 minute drive. Free Breakfast is good. Pool is nice Hot tub could be hotter Towels in the room are getting rough. Beds are close to be needing changed out. Would recommend for the price and location.

Great stay a block away from the strip, in between the north and south strip. Large rooms, clean too. Impeccable service from the staff. Decent size gym, that gets the job done so long as you put in the effort. I enjoyed being a block away from the s

Probably about the only âdownsideâ to staying here is the fact that itâs on what is essentially a one way street. There is a concrete median so you canât pull in here if youâre coming from the south. Youâll have to circle around back - le

I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the strip, free breakfast and shuttle bus service to Aria. There is a lot of construction going on nearby, making the walk to the strip a bit more challenging. I di
