The front desk customer service was excellent. Rose and Lea were very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. The shuttle driver was very helpful with providing information about local places and services. The room was very clean, which is important to me. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Overall, this is where I’ll be staying when in Vegas! Excellent hotel.
We have always enjoyed our many stays at the Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Airport. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed with a kitchenette that has everything we need or want during our stays. It is always clean and well kept. What really makes this motel standout above the rest is the amazing hospitality! The entire staff is very friendly, kind and helpful.They treat you like family or personal friends. Especially Lucille Genato, who greets me by name and tells me they have been expecting us and always makes us feel very welcome every stay. Thank you all for the great service and kindness you show to us. I highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Airport!
Our stay was great at this hotel. Front desk is very friendly. Jasryn was really nice and she was great by being informative on what the hotel offered. This hotel also provided a shuttle to pick up from the airport as well as shuttling from the hotel to the Mandalay. The fact that they provided this service saved my husband and I from spending money on urbers. The driver Ricard was also very kind. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed one night here before an early flight, the rooms are extremely large, the hotel was clean and smelled nice. It is an older building but the maintenance and housekeeping has done a fantastic job. I would actually consider staying here and taking an Uber to the Strip on my next visit. It is located RIGHT next to a mall. Excellent location and it felt safe as well.
This location was booked for me by a friend when I wanted one night in Vegas before returning home from Arizona. When my daughter and I arrived at the hotel, the young man who greeted us was very friendly. My friend has perks with this chain so he had upgraded us to a suite. The manager, who was also very pleasant, came out and also greeted us. She also advised us that we had been upgraded. We were given our room card and headed out to find our room. It was clean and spacious. It appears they have mattress encasements which I appreciate (a defense against bed bugs). This Inn has laundry, a gym, pool (altho it was raining when we were there), free wifi and a decent breakfast and it was quiet. Parking wasn’t an issue and the location was convenient to our car rental location. Right beside South mall. Easy driving access to the highway, to get around Vegas. Would recommend this location.
Me and my friend were here for birthday weekend and we stayed at this property for 3days EVERYONE was amazing but ROSE was absolutely phenomenal from check in to check out. Brfst attendant lady (sat and sun) was so sweet she helped us with brfst items and also allowed us to grab a few items when we came down a few minutes before closing, me and my friends all felt safe and welcomed. One of the paranoia I have of the hotel stays is the inconsiderate guests who stomp their feet (apparently walking on their heels), or worse yet, who seemingly wear heels and walk on the floor, even in late night(s). I expressed my concern, and Rose (who assisted us with our check-in) offered an upgrade and put us up in a corner suite for the night. The hotel itself is better-built than some other Bon Voy hotels, to begin with, and my family and I had such a quiet and wonderful stay each night. Rose was very considerate and pleasant, along with the rest of the staff while we stayed. Thumbs up-! Way up-!
To start, Vegas is the spot! Arrived, waited for the shuttle. Our shuttle driver, (Jacque) is the best! Everyone loves her spunkiness! Had an awesome time while in Vegas. Friendly staff, clean rooms, I most definitely will come back.
