We had a wonderful staying at the hotel. It was very nice and relaxing. Room is clean and comfortable! I wanted to mention our amazing checking in experience with Sheryl Ward (Front Office Supervisor) she went above and beyond to helping us out with our reservations as we had few issues and concerns with previous experience. She is definitely a shining star 🌟! We appreciate your patience and how accommodating you are to our needs! Valet staff members also were very kind and welcoming us with a big smile! Thank you all for the great hospitality! ||Overall, it’s 5 stars service!
The hotel is very good and the staff is friendly. Very nice and clean rooms, nice gym and swimming pool. The breakfast is also better than most average we have in other hotels.
I just put 4 stars because the valet parking is overpriced (35usd/night) and would like have my own access to my car for parking and get this directly when I need. (Maybe it’s like this for safety reasons, but still overpriced).
Very poorly managed! We paid to have our car valet parked in their parking garage. Within 2 hours, someone had broken I to the garage and stole our car. Neither the valet nor the hotel called the police about the bars to their garage being damaged. They waited an hour to call us. When I was talking to the manager, I was obviously upset that our car had been stolen from their secure garage. He rolled his eyes at me and shrugged his shoulders he smuggly smiled and said it wasn't their fault and they weren't going to do anything to make it right. We eventually got them to refund the Valet parking fee of $35 as they did not provide the service by keeping our car secure, and our car was no longer parked there due to the theft. Absolutely the worst managers and customer service.
The room was nice and comfortable.
Room and hotel are great.
Parking is insanely priced and my room had no hot water, NOR did the room they offered for a shower as an alternative. Kind of unbelievable.
Excellent location with a renovated lobby/lounge area. Breakfast was simple with no variation in what was served the days we were stayed. Staff was courteous. We were not happy to be placed in room with broken AC during the heatwave & having to sleep in 80 degrees which was miserable. Housekeeping should have reported this to maintenance before allowing any customers to occupy that room. The kitchen sink drained very slow & there was a light in the kitchen that flickered constantly giving me headache. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms the next day, however one night should have been comped as it was unacceptable.
We spent over $400 to get a two room suite for one night due to food allergies and needing a space to cook. The pull out couch is unusable (extremely uncomfortable) meaning our son is in bed with us. The entire bed shakes if someone moves. Valet parking is literally just valet parking - they do not assist with luggage. There were no carts to bring our items up to the room. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. We were happy at least the fridge and stove did work. We are used to staying in Hilton suites and have never been this disappointed. I would skip it and try something else if you need a room for a family for a downtown trip.
I just wanted to give a review for one of the employees at the Residence Inn. I was checking in to the hotel and was having card issues. Kat, who was at the front desk helping me, was patient, kind and allowed me to check into my room. I was able to go up put my things down, call and get things sorted and come back and get everything taken care of. Kat is amazing and she deserves a raise!!||||The other employees I encountered were very nice and helpful also.
We stayed here for one night and because the valet was the only option, we had them park our car. Within an hour of parking, the garage was broken into and our car was stolen. An hour after that, the hotel contacted us to inform us our car was stolen. The hotel management and the valet management didn't call the police to let them know that their garage was broken into. The hotel and the valet parking denied any fault and admitted it has been a problem in the past, but refuse to do anything about it. They don't have cameras in their garage to prevent incidents like this.

Everything about this hotel was a delight. The front desk were very warm and friendly (even on a 0 degree day!). The pool was the salt water thing where itâs sort of chlorinated but itâs salt. Thank you for the great stay, we will be back.

One of my favorite places to run. In the summer there is a pretty nice tree canopy covering the majority of the trail. Itâs peaceful and beautiful out there.
