IF YOU ARE OF COLOR DONT COME HERE.|This hotel looks nice but service is terrible. I had a hard time booking with the manager she made it very difficult for me to book . I Still Decided to stay with them because I only had 4 hours to rest. I was driving from far checked in at 6:40am and was checked out at 11:10am. A couple of days later, I noticed an unauthorized charge. I called the hotel. Christine answered and I expressed my concerns about the charge. She told me it was due to a smoking fee which in fact I don’t smoke. My room smelled not of smoke but of mariguana. She said where it came from was the bathroom. How can you be falsely accused of something you didn't do and be charged? Instead of resolving the issue, Christine hung up and never returned my call. I am still trying to get a response from management. They are very unprofessional. I was placed on the first floor right by front desk as if I needed to be watched. They judge people and blame them for things that aren't true. If you are of color do not come here. management treated me horribly I was super uncomfortable I just needed rest. I called back after the review the manager answers and tells me an alarm went off . Christine says the cleaning lady smelled marijuana. Manager laury lied and said a smoke detector went on which is lie because I would have been kicked out my room and obviously a smoke detector can’t detect no smoke :).

New hotel. Everything neat & clean. Check-In fast & efficient with reservation. Good breakfast variety with two attendants. Easy on & off access to I-81. Far enough from freeway to not have traffic noise. Two fast food eateries within walking distance. Many more choices in town - about 2 miles away. Only drawbacks: Very large hotel has only 1 very slow elevator; layout for the breakfast room is very odd, and there was insufficient seating; tub is very slick.

Don't stay in this hotel if you are an Asian. I have been to more than +70 cities, and I had the most unpleasant stay in my life. The place is clean and neat, but the management is poor, and if you just frown, you will get scolded and humilated by a general manager who teaches you how to behave.

Booked a room a week in advance, cancelled it a day later. The hotel charged my card $262.57 and when I called them to inquire about my money they just simply said "There's nothing we can do about it"...this hotel took my money and laughed about it. The representative who answered my call (Michael) would not even listen to me...just kept saying "There's nothing we can do about it"....Watch Out for these scammers!!! More to come

Some rooms have thin walls, sounds like the neighbors are banging in your room at night. You hear everything clearly from the next room, from bathroom to bedroom noises. Woke up at 4 am to see who was in my bathroom making so much noise... but it was next door folks. Also HVAC units in rooms are quite loud. However, room amenities are top notch, and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I asked for the smallest cheapest room as I just needed some sleep on a 16 hour drive. She put me in a room with a kitchen. I took what I could get because I couldn't drive anymore. I asked her to give me a discount either AAA or senior or because I stay at lots of Marriots traveling back and forth from the Carolins to New England several times a year. She refused any discount.|| I noticed how dusty it was and stained carpets. 2 clumps of hairy dust in the bathroom. I tried several times to call the front desk. The phone was broken. I was so tired. || I slept. The bed seemed clean and it was comfortable. ||When I woke at 630 to shower and leave I saw how filthy the room was. I couldn't even step into the bathroom without seeing filth. Everything everywhere was very dusty. Place hadn't been vacuumed. I took lots of pics. I will try to post. It really was unacceptable. I want a refund $415. To sleep a few hours in filth!!!!!

Location is excellent, large room for extended stay and fully equiped. Breakfast included.

I love Residence Inns and this was no exception. Very clean and lots of restaurants nearby. And bonus, my dog got a goody bag upon arrival!
