Residence Inn by Marriott Eau Claire - Hotel in Eau Claire - 4466 Princeton Rdg Dr, USA

My family and I had a great time staying at this hotel! It is lovely inside - very clean and welcoming. We had fun at the pool, and the workout room is really nice. Breakfast was good, and the woman who runs it is really thoughtful and kind. The only issue was that the chairs in the breakfast area and in the rooms would scrape and need softies on the bottom so you don't hear it. I wrote that in my review to Marriott just a few days ago, and I have already received an email from the front desk stating that they are looking into it to fix the issue -- which is pretty great service. I will be back in future Eau Claire visits!

The hotel is practically new. All the staff are outstanding! The rooms are immaculate. I had a 1-bedroom suite with a leather type couch. Full kitchen was convenient for a late night snack or just some groceries for a longer stay. The grounds were well maintained and tucked away for a bit of solitude. But, if you need to, Costco is a short hop in the car away. Absolutely a great place to stay. Highly recommended!!!

Our experience here has been amazing. All the staff here make you feel at home and everyone is extremely courteous & helpful!! The housekeepers here are also so friendly & helpful! Also extremely good at what they do as the rooms are so clean and our stay has been a long one & they are always making sure you have everything you need. They are so great at helping with anything you need. All of the staff here go above and beyond normal service. This is truly the most pleasant Hotel stay I have ever had due to one reason...The staff is truly amazing!

It is a very clean and nice place/value with larger rooms and breakfast uncles. The rooms are pretty sound proof too. The only downside is that there isn't much around within walking distance but they do have some nice walking paths for the future.

Don’t you just love it when your expectations are exceeded over and over again… I’m an experienced Residence Inn guest as I prefer to cook my own meals, and I’ve come to realize they are not all held to the same standard - none are bad, just different. This one is brand new and easily accessible to everything I needed… the atmosphere is warm, modern, friendly, and inviting. One of my favorite features is the clean, usable stairway… i prefer high floor and opt for stairs when available. The fitness facility is large and well equipped. I know its a good experience when I’m thinking about another trip before I leave because i don’t want it to end… and for a business trip that says a lot 🙌🏻

Stayed here multiple times. People are nice, the building is clean as are the rooms and public areas. Nice pool and a grill area too.

So glad we chose Residence Inn as it was very clean throughout the facility! The customer service was helpful, polite. The breakfast was great and hot! There was a large variety of breakfast items to choose from. Parking was well lit, clean and not pot holes. I will definitely recommend to friends to choose this hospitality for their next stay as will I!

Newer hotel. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast was great and service was also great. The gym was excellent and all machines were working.
