Right from check-in we knew we had picked the right hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. |The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and a fantastic kitchen and sitting area which is fantastic when you are staying a few nights. |The hotel grounds are very well kept and the hallways and common areas are very clean and comfy. |Breakfast was very good with lots of selections and the coffee was very good. |We will definitely be staying here again as we frequent this lovely city.

Very comfortable accommodations. Other than an odd bathroom door placement, the studio suite was well appointed and modern, with lots of convenient touches. We didn’t hear any noise coming from other rooms or the hallway, very quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Located on the main north-south route through Allentown, one can safely walk to many attractions and restaurants .Parking was free. Our room was enormous and very well laid-out--definitely liveable for a long stay. The bed was very comfortable. Despite being across from the elevator in a sold-out hotel, we experienced very little hallway noise. We didn't interact with the front desk, but we did enjoy breakfast burritos that were available for taking with us to the Bills game. There is a full self-serve breakfast if that's your thing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel check-in was easy, and the receptionist was nice. Starbucks is attached to the hotel. The room was clean and neat. The gym is gorgeous. Nice indoor pool and laundry room on the first floor. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, too. There was something for everyone.

Service was wonderful, but the place often will have children running and stomping around in the late hours of the night, without any repercussions. It's very noisy but comfortable. Building is inconvenient to get to, but parking is abundant.

My girlfriend stayed here, paid for a $14 tab at the bar, and was charged $750 by the hotel. No one could explain the charges and there is no on-site manager. So far they've only been able to refund less than half and can't explain the remaining charges. This is totally unacceptable from a national hotel chain. Just another opportunity to rob people of their hard earned money. Either it's a POS malfunction or obvious theft from one of your employees. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to a supervisor and see how we can correct the situation.

The hotel is nice, yes, that's what attracted my partner and I to it. However, it was very expensive for a hotel that is not safe. They had one security that was stationed all over the hotel and no one watching the security camera. Someone was able to break into our car, stole our things and we were not aware until many hours late. Which the staff was aware and did not care to notify us or call the police. The staff showed no empathy and didn't help. We were told that every week, cars at the hotel get broken into. This is my worse experience at a hotel. I would never recommend it to my worse enemy!

Awesome hotel and will definitely come back! We stayed two nights at this hotel because of the close proximity to the Convention Center for my son who is taking the NYS bar exam. Rob, the general manager, does a fantastic job welcoming guests and ensuring your stay is perfect. The rooms are huge and updated. The hotel was near capacity but was extremely quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great and having a full Starbucks attached was an added bonus. There is also excellent, well lit parking attached to the hotel so your vehicle stays safe. The hotel gym is outstanding! We got to take advantage of the gym both days. Will definitely stay here again!
