The croissant breakfast was very tasty and the swimming pool was clean. The hotel is clean and the overall service is very good. The only thing is, I always emphasized not to change my bed sheets, but during the second refresh, a cleaning staff still removed my bed sheets, causing me to lose a side of Ipod. After I carefully checked every corner to make sure I The Ipod was lost when I found a cigarette butt at the foot of the sofa. This makes me very disappointed. My one year old stayed in this room that was contaminated with secondhand smoke for 10 days. No semblance of great service can make up for this damage. In addition, in the guest room I stayed in, when the sofa bed was opened, people often bumped into the corners of the table while walking.

Nice big comfy room. Clean hotel, clean room, nice pool, nice gym, breakfast is pretty standard decent variety. A great little fire pit outside for a nice evening, 1:1 basketball court if you want to shoot some hoops. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the Residence Inn on a recent football weekend. The studio room was a good sized room. There was a good variety of items for breakfast. My wife liked the oatmeal with raisins and I liked the waffles with the whipped cream. It was an okay stay.

Positive: The hotel was in a great location. There were several dinning places nearby, some within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff was nice. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was good and had a variety of choices.

Our service was fantastic! We were in town for a soccer tournament and Holly was great! The other staff were also great! Only con is Marriott tvs have remotes that are difficult to push the buttons. The pool was clean and the location was great!

Gross. Stained ceiling, beat up furniture, bugs in the tub, never any housekeeping, old fitness equipment, and prior guest dirty underwear left in the room. Never again. Furniture had gross stains on it. Put the blanket on it to be able to sit on it. So gross. Have pics but no wat to post.

Positive: I was so impressed that what a nice hotel this was. I have never stayed at a residence Inn and suites, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The room itself was very roomy and clean and had everything we needed in it.

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and 2 movie theatres. The exercise room had a lot of equipment and the indoor pool was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's within 10 miles to Crystal Bridges Museum.
