Good value for the off-season. Internet speed was great for a hotel. Good sized parking lot. Hotel is a little old so not everything worked perfectly - minor issues in the room were mostly resolved easily enough, but 1/3 of the washers/dryers were out of service. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The reception and welcome from Jessica was outstanding. This lady delivers warm, personable hospitality. Jessica carefully selected the suite location choice and blocked it during a pre-arrival phone call. Our late arrival (Mid-Night) was honored and the arrival went smoothy. ||Every request made to the housekeeping staff was promptly delivered with a smile. As a former hotelier I was impressed with the quality of service.. no request was ignored and all quickly responded to delivered with a gracious smile.||Our stay was for 10 nights over the Labor Day weekend. We did have an opportunity to experience the hotel in depth. First, this was one of our few journeys since COVID began so much has changed in the industry as a whole. This property is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The footprint of the property with multiple access doors requires some adjustment, but once made it is generally easy to park near the closest access to your room. ||Great location for shopping and the airport. The Walmart across the street is very busy but convenient. The noise level is tolerable.||Property Review - The best way to describe it would be "Retro 60's" The decor package desperately needs an upgrade. However, it is well maintained and clean. The property gets a lower rating for "noise" intrusion.. There was a frequent thumping of foot traffic from the suite above, leaving us somewhat dismayed at the lack of sound insulation between floors. Several times alarms, not ours, startled us awake thinking they were "fire alarms " around 4am, only after a call to the desk, we learned they must just be clock alarms from nearby rooms. The property is heavily occupied by workers in the area I was told. ||The beds were exceptional and very comfortable and the pillows and linen the same. The kitchen area was a little "light" in basic supplies but sufficient. Upon arrival "Midnight" the room smelled of an odor.. perhaps "fish having been cooked" and the front desk came to spray which did temporarily mask the odor. The odor persisted throughout our stay but only a minimal distraction. We found the TV's small and hard to view from anywhere in the suite. In a world of large home TV's these were the size of a computer monitor. (Back to a need for an upgrade)

Stayed for NYE since it’s close enough to get to AC and there’s many stores around. Not sure if it was Just my room or all rooms… but I was grossed out by the amount of water damage stains and mold that were in the bedroom 🤢🤢🤢I had to take a nap in the living room because I just couldn’t fall asleep looking at that in the day time. Since I was only staying for one night I didn’t complain but that needs to be addressed. Other than the gross room, it was An ok place to stay. The staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast was nice.

Stayed here for over a week. Not bad. Rooms could use updating. Bathrooms are very dark. The general areas are well worn. The area is ok. Not the best. The laundry room was being used by the maids to wash towels so it took days to get in there and the front desk did not have quarters to use them. Other than that it was quiet and the bed was comfy.

Rooms are large. Come with full size fridge w/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, Pyrex dishes. Showers could use and upgrade . King size bed and sofa bed / coach and 2 tables

My husband was sent to New Jersey for work and he brought me and our 2 teen sons along to accompany him. We are Hilton Diamonds but we decided to make reservations at Residence Inn Atlantic City. |We do not regret it at all. Not only were we able to reserve a room with their excellent Government Rate , but from the very first moments we walked in the hotel, Jessica Pagan, the Front Desk Supervisor greeted us with a beautiful smile. She was very kind and informative. She also found us an incredible room that met our needs as a family of 4.|The complimentary hot breakfast every morning is a plus (they even have dairy-free yogurt) and Carmen from the kitchen staff is very friendly and attentive.| The young man at night in the front desk together with housekeeping quickly attended a situation we had with the security box. |My family and I all have felt the warmth of this hotel from all the personnel we have encountered (I feel bad that I don’t know all their names so I can mention each one)||It feels like home away from home!

Worst place to stay at. My bathroom didn’t flush and I didn’t have hot water, so I couldn’t use the bathroom and take shower. Complained at the front desk and nothing has been done. 50% of the amenities couldn’t be used. Room 330. Contacted manager Ana Martinez and she didn’t get back to me… it’s been a week. Worst service and rooms. Won’t recommend

The room was clean but a lot of things were missing. Had to ask the front desk for pots, dish soap. Only had one knife and you had to let the water run 10 to 15 mins before it got hot. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very professional.
