Residence Inn BWI Airport - Hotel in Linthicum Heights - 1301 Winterson Rd, USA

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is very close to BWI and Ellicott City, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are ample and clean. They have a 24-hour laundry room with approximately 3 washers and 3 dryers that are free for guests, free breakfast, and a 24-hour gym. They also have a patio with tables, couches, and outdoor games that guests can use. We stayed with 3 kids in a family suite that had 2 bathrooms, 3 beds (plus 1 pullout couch), and a kitchen, and it worked out pretty well for us. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook the basic things you need, and it also had a microwave. This place also has an ice dispenser and water on each floor. The service at the front desk was great, and everybody (front desk, cooking, and cleaning staff) was very nice and friendly to adults and kids.

I was a guest at this hotel. They had horrible customer service. I was treated like a piece of trash instead of a customer. They turned the water off and I never got a notice about it. Who turns the water off on a Saturday during check out times. Through my entire stay we never had working wifi. I was basically chastised for being a granted a late checkout since I was taking the train. I have always stayed at Marriott and Residence Inn and never had a problem. I will never stay here again I felt like I was trespassing on their property. I do not recommend this property.

This hotel is new and very clean. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. We did have some issues with the hotel turning off the water in the morning. When I asked they said they sent notes to each room letting guests know about it, we did not receive one nor when we checked in the day before was it mentioned. Also at breakfast the did not have enough plates or silverware. The gentleman doing the breakfast said it was because guests take items to their rooms and don’t return them. I find that a ridiculous excuse to not be able to serve guests, management clearly needs to order more dish ware or have a better system.

Stayed here for one night and booked with points. It was recently remodeled from a staybridge suites. The hotel is beautifully updated with everything needed. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again. It’s within walking distance to the Sheraton BwI and Westin BWI

Stayed here for a single night due to the Crowdstrike Microsoft cyber glitch when my flight got delayed. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the room. This was one of two recently renovated hotels I've stayed at which I was extremely impressed with! For an Airport Hotel, this place was extremely quiet!

Positive: The location and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prompt attention was given upon arrival and when issues occurred. Negative: Bathtub/shower have no skid proof protection. A guest could early slip and fall and get injured. The rooms, especially the pull-out sofa need to be thoroughly inspected before new guests arrive. Negative: ""
