Residence Inn Buffalo Galleria Mall - Hotel in Buffalo - 107 Anderson Rd, USA

My husband and I stayed here a few days and I would not recommend! This place does not clean well at all! Everywhere was dirty, in between the couch cushions were dirty, food on the floor, hair and the top of the fridge was dirty, the utensils in the drawers were dirty. The drawers in the bedroom were dirty. We attempted to get room service twice for towels and sheets and both times no one came. This place says it's pet friendly, but do not bring your small animal here! We brought our kitten and she found a hole underneath the cabinet in the kitchen and disappeared for several minutes, we tried opening drawers, opening cabinets, there was no other access to her besides that hole. Luckily she's food motivated and came out after shaking her bag of food. There's also a hole in the box spring so she was able to get underneath the bed as well. If you're looking for somewhere clean, this is not the place. Breakfast was good and luckily didn't notice any bugs in our room so that's a plus. This place should not be as expensive as it is for what you get out of it.

As part of my stay at this residence inn, I enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The addition of Mr. Danilo to the Marriott's kitchen is a welcome change. There was a great deal of appreciation from his guests for his responsiveness, concern, and kindness. He treated my family with great care. We enjoyed a hot, delicious breakfast prepared by him. The food was beautifully plated and tasted great. Moreover, I would like to thank Mr. Shakir for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. He is one of the best front desk managers I have ever met at Marriott.  His work is passionate and heartfelt. Marriott is fortunate to have him on its staff. The experience was exceptional. Thank you very much.

The morning staff is hands down amazing, if you need anything go to them! They are so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is great and it rotates every day between 3 main hot dishes. There are so many other options for food too! The rooms are spacious, there were 4 of us plus our dog and cat and we never felt cramped! I really wish people would pick up after their dogs more as this is so disrespectful to other people with dogs and kids, it also made it hard to walk my dog with my toddler as I had to keep an eye out for lazy pet owners not picking up after their dogs. They even have complimentary poop bags for goodness sake which is awesome! Getting room service was a bit difficult for us as you have to call the day before to get put on the schedule and if they didn't get to you by the end of the day you would have to call again to get put back on the list which for me was a bit frustrating with a toddler who throws food (good thing I have a dog... Lol). There was someone who seemed to smoke like a pack a day in the hotel and they promptly moved us no questions asked. I get not wanting to go outside in the cold to smoke but there are other people especially kids who can not be subjected to smoke. The smell was so bad the 2 year old couldn't sleep. It could even be smelled in the hallway. After our stay here I would really recommend this hotel, they take concerns seriously and are willing to work with customers with reasonable complaints. I can now see myself staying at other Residence Inn's across America and bringing my pets, hopefully the staff is as awesome as the staff here!

I had stayed here before, and was a little nervous about rebooking based on the reviews. What I can say is that the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, my room was clean and so was the hotel. The location is perfect, and the parking lot was well maintained as we had snow during our trip. My only complaint is that is that the lighting could brighter in the kitchen/Living room area.

Made a reservation online due to the location and having certain amenities but I am so glad that when I read the reviews, I made a call to the hotel only to be greeted with a "YES" and then "NO". I simply asked about the pool situation and found out it was out of order but it seemed like the person picking up the phone had to go through a hassle just to answer and tell hang up after saying NO. Some sort of customer service training needs to be implemented, at the very least how to answer phone calls and answer questions. Booked with the Hyatt in Amherst nearby and couldn't be happier with their phone and customer handling skills. Off course the hotel is top notch.

Went for the weekend with my boyfriend he and we got the studio king suite. Room was decent it was unfortunate that the garbage disposal did not work in the room. The room was clean and the service from staff was good: Arronezz was amazing she had to fill in because they were short staffed and ran everything smoothly. My mom got the 2 bdrm suite and was very impressed room was large and clean. The only complaint is that the pool is not in service and the outdoor fire pit did not work. As platinum and gold members we hope by the time we return in August the amenities are fixed. We really were looking forward to swimming.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Some things in the room were a bit worn. For example, the cooktop was rusty, dents in the refrigerator door, and the dishwasher bottom rack was missing wheels. My favorite thing about the room was the shower. The shower floor pan and door were rounded so you have a bit more room instead of being so cramped in.

Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 5 and still needed to wait 30 minutes for our reserved rooms to be ready. The indoor pool wasn't available. Apart from those negatives though, everything was great. Nice staff, rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent.
