Loved every moment of my stay here. Extremely polite staff, neat and clean rooms. It was a home away from home. |Would love to come over again. Breakfast was excellent. Even the dinner menu was excellent. Much cheaper from the delivery apps. Location is great, near Babson College.

On a recent trip to see family we stayed at the RI in Natick and used it as our home base while there. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were really nice. I especially liked the kitchen suite. We were very happy with our stay and will plan to be there again on any future trips.

The Marriott Residence Inn Boston Natick is a beautiful hotel that is less than five years old. It is located next to the upscale Natick Mall.||Our “room” was a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom (not a bed in a nook) and a full kitchen. It was a very comfortable one evening stay = lots of storage (bureau in both living room space and bedroom, closet with drawers, bedside tables), very large bathroom with walk-in shower, beautiful kitchen with French door fridge, compact dishwasher and two TVs. The large lobby has a large fireplace, bar, many seating areas and modern lighting. There is a large mini market and laundry room.||The large breakfast area has a beautiful live-edge wood table. Although the breakfast menu is similar to other hotels, it was prepared with care and neatly presented and replenished throughout the breakfast period.

On the whole, the Residence Inn was really nice, clean, and modern. We had issues with the HVAC system in our room, and the air was really dry overall. I also wish the hotel offered some rooms with two beds instead of just queens. I would stay here again, though, and was impressed with how accommodating the staff was for our early check-in and late check-out requests.

Rooms are very nice but extremely small. I had to ask multiple times for extra pillows and wash cloths. The location is great! Barb and other girls at the front desk were super friendly. Breakfast was good. Wish they had scrambled egg whites but appreciated the oatmeal and fresh whole eggs that were hard boiled. Loved they had a bar in the lobby ! Small rooms but clean and nice hotel. Right across from the mall !

This has become our go-to when flying into Boston to see family in central Mass. This trip was no different.|1) Three of us (couple + 20yo son) comfortably stayed in one suite (he slept on pull out couch in living/dining area, we had separate bedroom) -- felt plenty spacious|2) Free breakfast was quite good, lots of healthy options|3) Shower was fabulous! Sometimes the water pressure and temperature is hard to get right in a hotel. Both were perfect.|4) Nice big lobby space perfect for breakfast, working, etc.|5) Small but good fitness room|6) Pleasant and helpful staff|7) Abundant and easy parking

One of the best and new Marriott hotels. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The kitchenette electric top didn’t work In our room during our stay and was promptly fixed with in few mins of raising the issue. Free breakfast is a rare these days and you get to enjoy them between 6-930 am every day. About 30 mins to Boston downtown and with in couple of mins to Natick mall. Recommend this place for sure 👍🏻

Stayed there 3 nights for a hockey tournament and I was really impressed! The staff was really kind and the suites were on another level. The breakfast was very complete with different specialties every morning. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee, but overall I really recommend this hotel.
