This hotel was amazing!!! The rooms are extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is really good to name a few things. The most notable is the dedicated housekeeping staff that keep the hotel and rooms impeccable. It is evident that they strive for excellence and it shows. My husband and I had a wonderful week stay here. Highly recommend!
Excellent hotel for business with very clean rooms and friendly & professional staff. Shout out to Michele and Michael at the front desk for their friendliness. Rooms were nicely appointed and quiet. ||Very good breakfast buffet with multiple options. ||Would highly recommend the Residence Inn.
We came to town for a family event. Hotel allows dogs so I called in advance to make sure we received a dog free room, they do not have any but upper floors usually to not allow pets and they were so helpful. They cleaned the room really well (spotless) with no chemical smell either and even kept it unoccupied for a day or two before as hotel not full. Just so helpful when I called. Breakfast usually when included not very good, this breakfast was wonderful with many choices. Hotel exceeded our expectations from the top level service to how clean it was to the breakfast.
The customer service at this hotel is excellent! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The staff working at the front desk and the people in a supervisor position are all professional and courteous. I locked myself out of my room and they were quick to help me. The hotel is clean and there is a variety of food for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town!
Great stay, the best Residence Inn I’ve ever been to, front desk staff is amazing, ask for MICHAEL he is very helpful and kind professional. House Keeping staff is very clean.. breakfast has good options.. overall stay was great, definitely coming back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have absolutely no idea how anyone could give this hotel less than 5 stars! Literally the best and cleanest hotel my family has ever stayed at! We had a King Suite which was extremely spacious for our family of 4. My husband and I had our own bedroom while our kids slept on the pull out couch. Each room had a TV, which was nice because the kids could watch their own shows at night. To preface, I am a huge germophobe and cleanliness is the highest priority for me to feel comfortable in a hotel. This hotel kept me right at ease! Everything was well maintained, clean, and updated. Even the caulk in the bathroom was clean and new with no sign of spots or mildew. This is huge, because even nice hotels we've stayed at before have had gross caulk or dirty grout and seams in the bathrooms. Not this place!! The bathrooms are also HUGE and spacious which is SO nice for families. The rooms are spacious overall, which makes everyone feel so much more comfortable. The kitchenette is great and everything was clean and spotless. They had a little dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, washcloth, hand towel, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and stove top. And of course all the pots and pans and dishes you need. There is a lot of space and counter tops throughout the room to place luggage and things. The couch was spotless and clean too! Usually I cringe at my kids sitting all over a hotel couch or chair because there is always inevitably spots or stains, but there were none here! You can really tell this location is managed perfectly and things are kept up and well maintained. I really appreciate the attention to detail! I read other reviews about hearing the highway and have no idea what these reviews were talking about...we never did, and only heard the hum of the air conditioning! I also loved that the air conditioning wasn't one of those big, funky smelling units under a window but was actually vents in the walls. The continental breakfast was PHENOMENAL! We stayed here 12 days and some of the rotating options were a cereal bar, waffles (chocolate and plain), hard boiled eggs, chicken carnitas with tortillas and salsa and cheese available, sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese and sausage croissants, bagels, strawberries, bananas, apples, cheese, yogurt (chobani flavors and a regular one in a cup), a toppings bar for yogurt, single serve Nutella and peanut butter, English muffins, danishes, toast, juices, coffee (even cold brewed!), hot chocolate, and oatmeal (with lots of toppings options). It was all delicious and amazing! The last thing I have to comment on is how friendly the front desk staff were. Everytime we came in or left or walked by the desk, someone always greeted us! I couldn't get over how friendly they were! It's been an absolute joy staying here and I wish every hotel was this caliber!
This was the best residence inn I have stayed in... Front desk was great and very friendly... Eleanor specifically was so nice and welcoming... Very clean... Great breakfast selections.... Highly recommended....
Right off the highway and in a town where there's so many different options to eat from. Right across the street from the mall. Staff is so attentive and friendly they are always available to answer any questions and to greet me Everytime I walk past the front desk. Back courtyard is great to chill at and the pool is nice too. Gym has some dumbbells, one bench, and a couple of matt's. Few treadmills and ergo machine. Also has Laundry machines on the first floor for extended stays.
Navigating the circular trail, I found myself surrounded by the embracing arms of the woods, each step unveiling a new facet of the serene landscape. The trail meandered gently, leading me towards the heart of the forest where the centerpiece awaited
We were visitors from New Jersey and just happened to find this Vietnamese restaurant on Google. The Pho was so fantastic, it tasted the real and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere was great as well. The owner was friendly in his conversati
