The building and furnishings are showing signs of wear and tear. When we visited, we experienced rather strong odors of unusual cooked foods while in the hallways (but not in our room). If you want your room serviced, you need to request it 24 hours in advance. Pool was clean, but murky. There is only one elevator which can make for a long hike to the room. The walls and ceilings are not tremendously soundproof, as we could hear our neighbors on either side as well as footsteps and water running from the rooms above us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was OK. The location is quiet, but requires a car to go anywhere. No restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel was a good value, and despite the issues noted, we would stay here again.

We liked this hotel so much that we are considering staying here the next time we are in the area. For a several day stay, it is nice to have the kitchen and larger room. It worked well for myself, 2 adult daughters, and a medium-sized dog. The sofa bed was perfectly comfortable, the staff was accommodating, the breakfast area spacious, and the food was good.

I strongly suggest again this property. The place is a dump. The rooms are dirty, with mildew all over the showers. The service is terrible—none of the front desk staff are friendly or helpful. They're only interested in taking your money. This is likely one of the worst Residence Inns in Massachusetts. Don't be misled by their 4.1 rating on Google, as most of higher rating ones are over two years old. Recent reviews show a significant decline, accurately reflecting their current disappointing condition.

The rooms are beat up, big dents in the fridge, trim with haphazard repairs. The carpets are dingy. The rooms are spacious. We were told the pool would be open for our stay, it wasn't. There is a basketball court outside but no balls offered. The breakfast is not good. Muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs that are classic of a bad hotel. The coffee tasted like water. This location needs a renovation. The Marriott brand isn't what it once was.

For a one night stay it met all our needs. We had two dogs with us and the hotel was very accommodating!! Front desk lady was sweet and anything extra we asked for was not a problem!! Would highly reccomend!!

Dated and run down. The manager that was there, wasn't very customer friendly, quite brash and not very helpful. The suite served it's purpose for a few days, so that's the positive bit. The place needs a complete make over, and SOON! Also the pool and hot tub weren't open yet, which was a shame, a few months behind. I'll chalk it up to overall poor management, from everything else I've seen. The rest of the staff, that I had contact with, were great.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Although it carries the Residence Inn brand, the service here falls far short of expectations. The front desk staff are unhelpful and have a poor attitude. Additionally, the property often runs out of clean towels in the evenings and offers no solution for this issue. Frankly, the nearby La Quinta Inn is a much better choice than this run-down property with its negligent employees.

I will give this place a zero if I could. Avoid this hotel at all costs! The property is in desperate need of renovation, but the real issue is the appalling management and customer service. This is, without a doubt, the worst Marriott property I have ever experienced. The front desk staff are extremely rude and unwelcoming, only interested in taking your money without providing even the most basic level of acceptable service. Don't be misled by their 4.0 out of 5.0 rating. Recent reviews from the past year reveal a significant decline, with the majority being negative, accurately reflecting the hotel's current dismal state.
