We recently had our wedding in the banquet room and it could not have been more perfect!! Great size room for about 30-33 people. Excellent experience with the hotel staff, rooms and everyone! They helped make our day perfect. Highly recommend for events.
The hotel’s staff was amazing! Josh at the front desk was willing to help throughout our entire stay and was always welcoming. Michael helped us with a maintenance issue in our room and was able to fix it quickly. Joanna did an excellent job with housekeeping and always had a smile on her face/ we would definitely stay here again.
I stayed at this Residence Inn for a business trip on July 21st, and Sennie and O (will update his name when I remember) were warm, welcoming and attentive!! This is a treasure in Atlanta!
The room was clean and well put together! Genuinely loved the experience, and have honestly stayed at 4- and 4.5-star hotels that impressed me less! I will definitely be back!!
Have been staying here for the past two months and have no problems literally. The staff are really helpful and friendly. This place makes you feel safe. It has Publix and other eateries in close proximity. There was a Walmart till mid July just opposite to the property which got closed permanently recently. This is very close to the residential area so is quiet and peaceful. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast for long staying guests. Has a small marketplace where basic stuff like medicines, beverages are available.
Maria and Oshmel were so friendly when first checking in and throughout the stay. Super attentive and great staff. The breakfast was superb! I missed it on my last morning and they were able to accommodate and open the breakfast area for me at 9:10 to snag anything that was still remaining, all without my having to ask! Really helped for an upcoming long day of travel. Their customer service is the reason why I will be returning to this location and recommending to other coworkers who travel to Georgia of my experience.
We had a Very pleasant stay. Maria was very helpful and we appreciated her! I will definitely be back at this hotel the next time in Atlanta. The area is walkable and Maria helped us find a great restaurant for dinner. There are grocery stores very close if needed. The fitness center had everything I needed. They even had fresh cookies in the afternoon.
What a great hotel. Very clean, fresh, relaxing. Awesome lobby. Amazing friendly staff! Really great people. Nice pool area with nice furniture. Fire pit. Grill. We grilled hamburgers for dinner and relaxed instead of going out. Great place.
One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Recently renovated and looks like a brand new hotel. Maria and the rest of the staff treated us very well. We will stay here again. |Great location near many restaurants in walking distance/short drive.
