Residence Inn Asheville Biltmore - Featured Reviews (418)
My family visited Asheville for about five days and stayed at the Residence Inn. Picked this hotel because of the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room and it worked out perfectly. Two full bathrooms and an adequately stocked kitchen were essential to our family. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful/friendly, and Pepe went above and beyond with his management of the breakfast area and service! Great proximity to Biltmore Mansion and a short drive to the downtown area. The only downside was that the entire parking lot was torn up and there were limited parking spaces and often had to park behind the hotel but it wasn't a game changer for us. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Asheville.
PHENOMENAL staff and facility. May at the front desk was absolutely exceptional. My father had an extended stay at the near by hospital. We were 2 hours from home and May was extremely helpful. Her concern and willingness to help when my mother's blood sugar began to drop during the night was above and beyond.||The facility was exceptionally clean, well stocked and cozy. The bed was extremely comfy and the pullout sofa was (much to my surprise) very comfy as well.
Stayed here for 3 nights in June. This is the perfect family hotel - all rooms are suites, which means you have a full kitchen for any cooking needs. Staff was accommodating and friendly, beds were comfy and clean, pool was well maintained and complimentary breakfast in the morning was great! Location-wise, you’re less than a 10 min drive away from all the action. All for a reasonable price.
Rebecca is a very lovely person, she was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, breakfast was very good, Pepe was excellent at breakfast keeping foods and supplies filled, staff is very friendly. Our only complaint is Marriott needs to change toilets to tall toilets! Hard for seniors with knee issues to get up from low toilets. This is for all Marriott brands not just this site. We highly recommend this Residence Inn and it’s very close to the Biltmore estate.
Quiet evening good for family. The little one loved the pool. It’s a simple pool, but it worked for a 3 year old. Rooms were comfortable, but the toilet flushes loudly. Oddly I have had this problem in other Residence Inns. Staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was a standard residence inn experience.
The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Very close to the Biltmore side of AVL.
The breakfast spread was amazing! I travel for work a lot and I was pleased to be greeted by an associate and a clean, stocked complimentary breakfast including cold brew coffee, crustless quiche, and some healthy breakfast choices. Everything seemed fresh and tasted great.
When I am back in the area, I will definitely stay here again!
Asked for late check out and was told no because they were booked. Maid was at the door right at 11:30 am. Then front desk called and asked if we were out of the room. I mean I did answer the room phone. Based on my reward status, I get late check outs all the time. Yo to 4 pm. All I asked for was a 1pm.
We try to stay at Residence Inns when we travel. This hotel was BY FAR the best one we’ve ever visited. All personnel were friendly and very helpful in answering all our questions. The rooms were very comfortable and most importantly, very clean. |The breakfast area (with Pepe in charge) was the best run area, with all foods freshly filled, and the area was continuously cleaned.|Our next hotel on our trip has a lot to live up to, but I just couldn’t leave without giving this one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ !!
