LOVE this Hotel. The staff is so very friendly and offer anything you need during your stay. I can't praise this hotel enough. Especially the young man who takes care of you during breakfast. I believe his name is Jeremy. He's a gem. The hotel is VERY clean, the patio and pool as well and the grounds are very appealing and lush with greenery and even a nature trail. Will return for sure next time in Fernandina Beach.
Exceeded expectations in almost every facet. They finished renovating their lobby the day we arrived and we were able to have breakfast in the new space the next morning with celebratory mimosas. The staff were all some of the nicest people that you could hope for. They do hospitality well.
The rooms were spacious. Parking plentiful. Less than half a mile to the beach.
Traveling with kids, we appreciated the sturdiness of the building and you couldn't hear every noise through the walls. They also had a pack-n-play that they let us use for our little one.
They're still doing some renovations, but, we didn't experience any noise or inconvenience.
The only minor issue we encountered was that we didn't know housekeeping was every other day. So we needed to request a towel and trash service, but they came and got us what we need.
Overall, a great place for family. Can't wait to visit again.
Shout out to the staff at this property! 4 days here and it was great from the minute we arrived. Thank you Dawn for a warm welcome. Thank you Jeremy for great breakfasts each morning and Zach for keeping this clean & sanitary. Thank you Aaron for your shuttle services around the island. Thank you Makayla (sp?) for your help with the bikes and Sean for your help with towels in the exercise room. The lobby, breakfast area & pool area remodel is nice! Look forward to visiting again & enjoying the updated rooms. Thanks one & all for your hospitality. We appreciate you & enjoyed your service.
Every aspect of our stay was 5 stars at this hotel. I want to especially recognize the employees that my friend's and I interacted with during our stay.
Bob Hartman is the General Manager of this hotel. He could not have been friendlier. The first morning we were there, he popped open champagne for everyone having breakfast to celebrate the opening of their beautiful new breakfast dining room. Jeremy and Zach were the breakfast attendants. So fun and upbeat! They made us want to get to breakfast early, just to enjoy the time with them. Justin Taylor, Director of Sales and Marketing, AND our shuttle driver for one of our trips to the market, was personable, funny and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Aaron was our shuttle driver for the rest of the trip and he was the perfect driver. Front desk employees, Robyn and Latanya made sure we had everything we need and had answers to all of our questions. Most impressively, only because I had never encountered this before, was Sean, head of housekeeping, introduced himself while we were at the pool. He wanted to make sure everything in our rooms were perfectly neat and clean when we arrived. He told us to let him know if we have any concerns.
I will recommend this hotel for single people, couples, children and dogs. I cannot wait to go back!
Four gals from 3 different states who've known each other since 6th grade go to Amelia Island for a long weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like old friends who had come for a visit. Latanya & Robyn at the front desk were so helpful and friendly and made us laugh out loud! Bob, the General Manager, came out to see who was making all the noise and he was extremely kind as well. We asked for a shuttle to get some "provisions" for our suites (IYKYK) and Justin, Director of Sales, offered to drive us to the local Publix. He told us about the area and made some great suggestions where to eat & drink when we went "downtown".|Our first morning there, the hotel was celebrating its grand reopening of their breakfast area and champagne was handed out to those who wished to toast (we did!) And that is when we met Jeremy, if I have any advice to you fellow travelers, ask for Jeremy, he is a GEM! Also there is a lovely man that works breakfast as well named Zach who is never without a smile!|The suites are so spacious and the fact that we had a full size fridge for our "provisions" really mattered! There was also a couch, chairs and dining table. We had a blast!!|When we headed out to the pool, we met Sean from housekeeping, he asked how our stay was going and was genuinely interested in knowing if he could do anything to make it better (he couldn't, we loved it!)|The afternoon we went "downtown" Aaron was our shuttle driver. Poor guy, imagine dealing with 4 cackling ladies who think they're still in their 20's!!|I can't say enough great things about this hotel and we definitely intend to come back!!!
Very nice hotel! Several blocks from the beach about 10 minute drive to downtown, they do have a free hotel shuttle but it's first come first serve definitely check ahead if you want to use it. Very nice staff, suite room was very nice, and comfortable bed. |Free morning breakfast was just ok but they have really good coffee and offer cold brew!
Awesome location with an easy walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. They were renovating still but it wasn’t a problem. The air conditioner is also a bit noisy so if you’re a light sleeper that might bother you.
The room is a little worn. We had an executive suite 300. The carpet is thin. Lobby is beautiful new renovation. I give 5 stars for soft serve ice cream. It’s so creamy and delicious.

The location and service at this hotel are great, but the pictures must have been taken awhile ago, and the rooms need updating. Our room smelled of mildew from the moment we got there. I know this happens close to the ocean but this is why maintenan
We've been following Betty for years! So I think that in itself says we're pretty impressed! Personally what is most valuable to me is that Betty will meet you where you're at. She believes in you and encourages you. When you feel like you can't

So beautiful & peaceful! Plenty of parking, very clean! The boardwalk is the nicest one Iâve ever seen. Well lit. We loved exploring around all of the tide pools. Lots of sea life: giant horseshoe crab, many different species of fish, lots of birds
