This is my first review but I felt it necessary to do so! I have to stay all over upstate NY for work, and there aren’t many great hotels that I’ve come across. However, this hotel was amazing! It was so clean and spacious. I am a bit crazy about cleanliness of hotels because of how many bad experiences I’ve had, and I’m telling you this was CLEAN. They even provided sanitary wipes to wipe down the remotes and countertops. The bed was also super comfortable which was a nice change from what I’m used to! I will definitely be staying here again.

Big difference in room cleanliness this stay compared to others. This was our favorite hotel in the area, but this time our room was poorly cleaned and had a very stale/musty smell throughout. The vents were incredibly dusty and the kitchen space was filled with stains and crumbs in the drawers. If you looked close enough, there were greasy handprints all over the couch and TVs. Other than this visit, we’ve had a great experience with the hotel on numerous other occasions.

Tried a couple of rooms here. Both were cleaned well and ready when we checked in. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety. Only issue is that the elevator is a bit rickety and there's some construction on the second floor which wasn't really an issue for us. Probably a 4.5 star experience, would recommend.

The location is convenient, the room was very clean and quiet. No nasty smells or odors. The beds were very comfortable. The biggest problem was the layout of the room, the bathroom is separate from the sink and shower with the toilet in the shower room. The problem is the beds are adjacent to the bathroom and when someone get up to use it the light and noise will wake you up every time, my wife used the sink and as soon as she turned the faucet on I was up. Terrible layout.

Recently had an experience with the hotel and was not pleased at all! The cleaning staff is not doing their job, I could tell the sheets had not been changed because there was staains on them and trash still on the bed. The bathroom was gross, had visible watermarks in the bathtub and the pool area was also questionable. They definitely need to reconsider their staff. If I could rate a 0 I would. Was very dissatisfied and they would not give me a full refund.

First time coming to this hotel was a positive experience. I had enjoyed the spa tub very much. I just gave birth 2 months ago and being a new parent you need a break so me and my husband were looking for a place with a nice spa tub. We booked the last room available and were overjoyed. Coming into the spa tub the bubbles were high and my skin felt itchy I simply brushed it off as maybe it was the chlorine content. Once the bubbles died down to my horror there was a ring of dirt and filth I have never seen it was so bad it was floating around the bubbles. I called the staff immediately and was told the team that cleans the spa tub was sent home for the night basically meaning they were ok with the spa tub being this filthy instead of closing it. I found dirt inside my undergarments and bikini top once in the hotel. I ended up scratching myself bloody all night until I had to eventually go to the hospital early in the morning. From their diagnosis I had dermatitis which developed into a severe rash which steroids were needed as well as BV from the filth of the spa tub. The GM believed 20% was feasible as a refund because we are paying for the room and the spa tub is a simple add on. The GM was unacceptably late to even answer the phone and my husband had to wait two days to get in contact with her. Reported it to corporate because she felt that this was an ok standard to have in a hotel you pay damn near $300 a night for.

Stayed here twice and each time was pleasant. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Positive: The room was very nice, breakfast was excellent, staff was professional and helpful. Clean hot tub and pool. If it were not for the ongoing construction, it would be an excellent stay. Negative: Remodeling construction going on and continues during the whole day with a lot of noise. Unfortunately, work was going on at the room above mine. Construction will continue for several months, per staff. Would not stay there during construction. Negative: ""
