I booked two rooms, one for my family and one for my friend's family. However, due to weather reasons, my friend's flight was canceled and there was no flights to go there at that time (information and evidence of flight cancellation). However, HOMES &VILLAS refused to refund a penny, or the time window for next time or hotel creidts. They said that we did not buy insurance, so my friend lost 1,500 US dollar. Be aware, When you plan to book it make sure there is no forece majeure.
I booked roomsthrough Marriott Bonvoy. After communicating with Homes & Viila, Marriott Bonvoy said they have no right to over the local management office. Since neither of them has the ability to solve the problem, don't cooperate. Also, upon entering the apartment, there was a garbage smell because there were trash cans at each door in their hallway and the smell was very unpleasant.

A great location that's close to all the theme parks.
The community is gated and close to shopping and grocery stores. There's a Publix right outside that's in walking distance.
The units seem to be mostly Airbnbs or short term rentals.
The cell phone data is horrible!! Very spotty.
It's an OK place to stay. However, some of the renters were loud on their patio till late hours, and children abound all over.
It is close to International Drive and the conference center. It's walking distance to Publix which is next to it.
The area is gated and will need access code to enter.

The resort is great for families looking for a safe, comfortable and entertaining place to stay in vacations. I really recommend this place while in orlando. Something important to add, is that is just in between the most important theme parks and very close to the convention center.
