Repair IT MSP - Computer repair service in Louisville - 508 Executive Park, USA

My Dell Inspiron Laptop screen was damaged and was no longer functioning. After going to Geek Squad at Best Buy. Was told that they would potentially have to wipe my computer and it could take up to 17 days for the process to complete. Then I called Nick at Repair IT, was quick to respond & effectively listen to my issue. We came to an agreement and the process began. Ultimately, Nick was able to pick up my computer and have it back fixed incredibly fast once my new screen came in. Couldn't be happier with the experience and customer service skills. Nick is a legend. Go see him if you have IT issues.

My computer was hacked on a Thursday afternoon. I called Repair It and was told to turn it off and bring it in immediately. I got my computer back on Monday. The charge was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them and return if I ever need assistance again.

Repair IT was great! My hard drive crashed on my desk top and they were able to retrieve all my files. Put a new hard drive in, transferred my files, updated windows and my computer was better than new!! They were super fast! Dropped it of Saturday before closing and Monday morning got a call with diagnoses. Got another call same afternoon it was done. Price was very very reasonable!! I chose them from reviews. That’s why I’m leaving one. FAST/CHEAP/GREAT SERVICE

Couldn't find a better service. Absolutely talented staff. Help for every computer. If it can't be fixed you can buy a refurbished one. Last one I bought there lasted 10 yrs. This time parts for old one didn't work, so bought another. They will transfer all your info. Also have a 3 tier security program. Very tolerant of non techy folks like me. Gabe is your man.
