Reo Diner - Diner in Woodbridge Township - 392 Amboy Ave, USA

I had a pleasant meal at the Reo Diner. The place is very well-decorated and there’s plenty of dining space. I ordered the roasted spring chicken off the specials menu, which included a soup, vegetable, and potato. The chicken itself tasted a bit dry, but I enjoyed the stuffing, chicken soup, mashed potatoes, and carrots. The service was quite quick and the waitress was friendly. The prices were also very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Overall, I would recommending dining at the Reo Diner.

Came here with the family before doing holiday stuff and had a great meal. We got burgers and wraps and paninis. Great prices and portion. Great place to come with the family. I got the wester burger with fried onions and I love that every burger comes with fries and 2 onions rings. Would definitely make this a regular diner to eat at. They also have great pictures on the wall when you come in. Photos of Chuck Norris, Joe Pesci and many others.

We just dropped a friend off at the airport and everyone was absolutely starving. We ended up getting Philly cheese steaks. And in my case, a Ruben. Everything on the menu looked really good, but that Ruben definitely called out to me. The lady that waited on us was really kind. They were very fast. They also had really delicious coleslaw. 😋 I highly recommend them if you end up in Woodbridge.

3.5 stars. Ordered pancakes and bacon. Was fine. Not a typical oversize nj diner menu. A lot of variety though. Service was fine also

After a detour, being that my favorite breakfast spot was not opened on Mondays, I'm smh I should'vecheck the hours before driving to another state. I rolled the dice on, trying someplace different off the highway. The end result was good food, at a casual environment. They definitely made my returning again listing.

I have been to the Reo diner with my family for both breakfast and dinner and have really enjoyed it every time. The staff there is really kind and attentive and have no problem explaining the menu if you have any questions. I have had their breakfast platter with 2 eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon and pancakes and it is wonderful. The food always comes out hot and fresh, and we have never experienced a problem with our order. I have also tried the Reo burger deluxe for dinner and it is a great double cheeseburger, with great flavor that is not greasy. My family is also a great fan of their waffles, which are always so light and crispy. If you enjoy the atmosphere of your classic NJ diner, you would definitely enjoy stopping by.

Waitress was rude and condescending! When we asked for ice free water she made a fuss and then when we mentioned that the Onion soup was very salty, we were told it’s premade so nothing they can do. We were hungry after 2 hours of grocery shopping so we didn’t take it to the manager. Overall disappointing experience and won’t be returning.
