I was visiting the town on my business trip. Reached out for a drop in class, got a really fast & welcoming response from PJ. Signed pretty quick once there. The class was great! Lots of students but not crowded as the mat area was quite large. Great drills, conditional and regular sparrings! Would love to come back!

PJ is a great and experienced instructor. He makes people feel welcome and the training environment is fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone whether they are looking for competition based sport to self defense. It has classes for adults, women and kids. Best place to train without a doubt!

Our kids came in to train during the hockey off-season but will be continuing to attend throughout the year because of the quality instruction & competition Renzo Gracie SC provides. BJJ is an excellent addition to their physical literacy toolbox. I also recommend the Women's Only Wednesday class.

Recently I’ve had the pleasure of attending a women’s jujitsu class here every Wednesday and let me tell you, its always an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience is always filled with excitement, learning, and a whole lot of laughter. First and foremost, the instructors (pj and ally) are incredible. You can tell Pj is a dedicated and spirited teacher. Every class is filled with positive and energetic vibes. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some jujitsu experience, I highly recommend this gym. It's an opportunity to learn from knowledgeable instructors, meet new people, and challenge yourself in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Never did BJJ in my life until I came over to this place and was immediately welcomed in. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. PJ is a fantastic professor who makes the training tough but rewarding, and is very involved with the team. I couldn’t ask for a better place to train and meet some incredible people.

Always a great time to come in and roll. Always a helpful and supportive gym environment made up of great people. Anyone new is always very welcome no matter your fitness level or experience. Professor PJ and the members of the gym will always push you in a positive direction. :)

We love taking our kids to this school because it has built up their self confidence. The instructor and his wife are very patient they teach the kids a lot of discipline as well. If there were more starts I would give them. We visited many martial art schools and we were not impressed and soon as we step in to this school we knew it was the one for our twins. We drive 50 minutes three times a week just so the kids can learn from the best. We are more then happy to belong to the Jiu Jitsu family.

What a great environment to learn traditional BJJ! Been taking classes for over a year now and PJ has created a close family feeling to the gym, while maintaining a rigorous competitive spirit at the same time. Come for the knowledge PJ brings, stay for the group of people he has surrounded himself with.
