I had a need to get questions answered regarding my tenant the day before due date and it was a weekend. I was surprised to be able to get connected to chat rep right away. The rep is able to answer my questions, and their platform allows him to access my account (with my temporary account access permission) to make sure all is well. Very timely and professional support. Rentredi platform landlord subscription fee is a bit on the high side but it is very easy to use and capable. For example, the ability to refuse partial rent payment automatically and the flexibility to specify allowed rent payment types. They may seem to be simple features but not all platforms are able to do.

Absolutely atrocious. I was using this platform when it was still erentpayment. They should’ve stayed erentpayment. I had a tenant pay me a month and a half ago now and there’s just $1,000 floating out into outer-space. I still haven’t received it and to be honest, I probably never will at this point. A month and a half of nobody knowing what’s going on but don’t worry, I don’t have to pay my bills or anything! Don’t bother with this platform. I will never use another online platform to transfer money with my tenants after this experience. It’s turned me off completely.

We started using this a couple months ago, but haven’t had good experience with it. We signed up 5 out of 65 rentals to give it a trail run. 3 of rhe 5 tenants couldn’t get back in without re-registering the second month. I had to unlink and re-link one of them and the other one hasn’t got in yet so I will probably need to do that as well for her. The other Issue we are having is that we do not get the funds in our bank account for seven or eight days after the tenant pays it on the app. This is too long of a period for us. We were told when we signed up that in the next month or two, it would only be 2 to 3 days To get it into our account, but this has not happened yet. If this issue hasn’t been taken care of By the next month, we’re gonna have to stop using it. You were really hoping that this app would work out for us

Updated - Original Below: If you want to test a person's character, publicly say something about them that is truthful and isn't flattering. While testing character was certainly not the objective of the review that I left previously, Danny at RentRedi passed with flying colors. My review was met promptly with acknowledgement, dialog, ownership, accountability, and immediate corrective action. What a breath of fresh air to have an experience like this. The chat support has greatly improved. There are still some bugs, but much fewer and more manageable. It's been a great experience not only being heard, but seeing immediate change based on my frustration. Never have I experienced that from any company before. Because other property management software offerings have plenty of their own negative reviews, I never left RentRedi, because the reviews show that every platform has its share of issues, but they are more expensive. I'm so happy to see the changes that have come about, and I love the flexibility that RentRedi gives me in administering charges with tenants that aren't so cookie cutter. For example, I had a well-qualified tenant that wanted one of the places that I had for rent. The problem was, it was vacant and he wanted it almost two months later. So we made an agreement that the first full month would be paid at lease signing, even though it was a ways out. RentRedi has the flexibility in the "charges" area to collect that payment prior to the pro-rated month that was unpaid because it wasn't due. Setting this up for accurate accounting, payment collection, and accurate amounts due at the right time was so easy. This set up via RentRedi helps me run my business the way that I want to, seamlessly - and that is vital to my small business that I run on my own. I'm also looking forward to receiving direct deposits in about half the time as before. I've had a handful of applicants for properties recently, and what I have found to be a huge positive is that communicating with them through their application completion and lease signing snags has helped foster a positive working relationship from the onset - and that certainly makes my life much easier as I navigate the life-cycle of rentals in addition to my full-time career outside of real estate. For that, and for RentRedi, I am grateful. Original Review: This platform is nothing short of a nightmare. The overuse of the word "literally" bothers me, so when I say that literally EVERY time that I try to do something, especially at the critical marketing and leasing, there is an issue that halts the process of working with people that want to apply. horrible attitude of customer support. It's absolutely shocking to me. Initially I had great service from them, but this is consistently awful. I spent well over an hour last night over auto screening not working with "support" who didn't have ideas on how to fix it and what the bug was, and then this joke of a support person actually had the nerve to argue with me about what is there and what is not there. He insisted that the application was never received even after he saw it when he requested to co-browse. I'd downloaded it, and put it in the chat so he could see it again, and he STILL ARGUED with me about it. When he figured out that he was wrong, he then LIED to me and said that the husband used the wife's email address and account to apply, which is blatantly false. The application was incomplete due to RentRedi screwing up the auto screening, and once you communicate to the applicant about something that is missing, the application goes to the "Changes Requested" tab. He didn't know that, and instead lies and moves his cursor vigorously over the spouse's application, even though he had seen it previously.

Very quick and responsive customer service. I had a few questions and they got back to me pronto with excellent help and advice. I was somewhat skeptical to stay onboard after RentRedi took over eRent Payments, but those concerns are gone. Highly recommend for those needing professionally-run rentals auto draft payment plans.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars...Tried to list an apt for Rent last Wed...Still not up...Received 92 emails and messages and they can even see the add on their own platform...Property still not listed...Go to Zillow directly next time

Definitely has a learning curve. Still not sure on some things sometimes can be frustrating navigating through the menus. also, I had an instance where a tenant paid the security deposit, but it didn’t go through on my end ,so I asked him to pay it again and then both payments went through. I had to refund one of his payments through Zelle because I didn’t know how to do it through rentredi .
