I give Rentech an A+ for professionalism and service. Last month my mother died suddenly and I was had to rapidly organize a gathering for family and friends in another city thousands of miles away. Because we wanted to show slides, I had to rent a LCD projector. After checking with numerous businesses in that city, with no luck, I ran across an ad online for Rentech. At this point, the gathering was only a week away and I was beginning to get worried. I filled out the online form at the Rentech website and later that day, Frank called me. He was very helpful and courteous and swiftly arranged for me to rent a projector for a reasonable price and have it shipped to a third party in the city where the gathering was to be held. The projector arrived on time in perfect condition. It functioned beautifully at the gathering. On the following day, my cousin took the projector to a shipper to be mailed back to Rentech. Unfortunately, the prepaid return label was not in the box, so my cousin paid for the return shipping. After I refunded the money to my cousin, I was so busy with other tasks that I delayed calling Rentech about the label problem. By the time I finally emailed, I was reconciled to absorbing the cost of the prepaid return because I was so happy with Rentech’s service. To my surprise and delight, Frank returned my email and promised to refund the shipping cost. There are few companies that treat customers so well. I recommend Rentech to anyone who needs to rent equipment. They are a jewel!

Frank at Rentech Solutions was great. He helped me pick out the right kind of PA System for my event. Super easy process. He shipped it to me, worked liked a charm, wasn't hard to set up (I am not very tech savy) and I was able to just send it back with the enclosed shipping label. There was a hiccup with shipping, but Frank worked with me and was very understanding. If you need to rent any equipment I would 100% recommend this company and Frank Podojil!

I have had occasion to rent projectors from Rentech a few times over the past several years. Each time, I really appreciate the friendly and gracious service I receive. Their rates are reasonable and rentals are shipped with expediency and care. Rentech makes what could be a difficult process pleasantly easy.

Late Wednesday afternoon I discovered I still did not have a projector for my father's memorial on Saturday so I started calling the local rental companies. I found Rentech Solutions and was blown away to hear that I could have a projector shipped to my door by Friday afternoon for less money than any of the local businesses. Rentech saved me time and money! The projector was easy to use. The return was easy and the customer service was top knotch - something that is rare to find these days. I hope this company does well. They deserve it! Keep on keepin' on!

Spoke with the team via phone to confirm rental. Equipment showed up in the mail one day earlier than expected. Equipment was in excellent condition - it looked brand new actually. All cords and peripherals were present. I was able to run my presentation perfectly due the quality of the projector. A return label was included in the box so all I had to due to return it was pack it back up in the original box and slap on the prepaid return label then run it over to a UPS store. 10/10 would rent from Rentech Solutions again.

The nicest guys! I spoke to Frank and Todd who were both Super helpful, provided great customer service, explained the equipment and help me decide what I needed (because I didn’t know at all lol)! The shipping only took less than 2 full days! Eventhough I ended up not using the equipment, I did look at it and it is quality equipment! I plan on having future events and am so happy I found a company I feel comfortable renting from!! Definitely recommend!!!

This company is wonderful and extremely helpful. I know absolutely nothing about projectors, but needed one for a picture slideshow at my grandmother's Celebration of Life. I called the company and spoke to Frank, who was incredibly helpful. He asked me to explain what the projector was for, the room it would be used in, and the size of the screen. Based on this, he gave me a recommendation for what projector would work well. After the service yesterday, I have to say, he knocked it out of the park. The slideshow was clear, beautiful, and visible all the way in the back of the room (which held 200 people). We turned the lights off for the slideshow, but it was so bright and clear we really didn't need to; it was perfectly visible. I called Rentech on a Monday, ordered the projector which arrived on Friday. The service was Sunday, and on Monday we returned it with the prepaid shipping label to the UPS store. It was so easy, came with simple instructions, and worked beautifully. The 3500 lumen projector, which cost a total of $119, was cheaper than comparable projectors that we could find at local places. All in all, I'm incredibly pleased with how simple and easy the process was, and very thankful to Frank for recommending exactly what we needed. I will absolutely recommend and use this company again if the situation arises!
