I haven't received product yet. I'd be lying if I said I wasnt concerned about the quality of product after seeing first hand that you guys jacked the price up during prime day so that it looked like it was a much better deal. Listed a laptop at 500 dollars on prime day at the price of 279.99 and as I look today the same product is listed at $389 at the same price of $279.99. Very predatory from a company that seems to be small business. Purchase was made through Walmart with your company as the seller. I referenced prime day cause it was a competing sale. No confusion here.

Waited to do a review on a used Dell laptop I purchased for my wife. Its been a year and no problems its still perfect, even the battery. They asked me what I wanted for specs on the laptop, RAM, hard drive, Win , 8 or 10 etc etc. and built the thing to the specs. Since have highly recommended them to several friends for repairs or to purchase a used laptop. Am about to return with another laptop that needs repair without hesitation. Hard to find service like these guys deliver and the price is right.

Excellent company, and a great place to find high-quality, high-spec computers at very affordable prices. I told Quinn over the phone what I needed for a business laptop, and when i got there he had several great options for me to go over. I was in and out quickly, spending even less than what I'd told him, and less than half of what I would have spent at Best Buy, including a warranty. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a custom computer, or even just something inexpensive for work or school.

I recently purchased a laptop from RTR. The customer service I received from Al and Wayne was outstanding. I was not pushed into buying something I didn't need. Al took the time to answer any and all questions. I had one little problem with the system that I purchased they fixed it immediately and it works great. They had numerous laptops to chose from. This was my first experience with Renewable Technology Resources and it was fantastic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and organized. They took the time to break down the technical jargon into simple terms that can be easily understood for someone like me who is less versed with technological lingo. They explained the facts about my old laptop and helped find me a fair priced replacement that completely fit my needs. The parking is a little tight, but what they lack in geographical location they make up for in customer service and knowledge of their products. 5/5 guys great job.

The guys at this place are awesome, helpful and HONEST.
