I’ve been at Renascent for the better part of a year now, and have been working with Emily on my nutrition for just about 6 months. I highly recommend Emily’s nutritional coaching! After having kids and living through the pandemic my nutrition had completely fallen by the way-side. Emily’s personalized and foundational coaching has helped me understand what I need to fuel myself in order to perform well at the gym and,in general, to feel like my best self again. Joining Renascent has been a really amazing experience but the nutritional coaching has really taken it to another level. Corey and Emily have created an incredibly welcoming environment and community. The coaching is top notch and the programming is solid!

I was very intimidated to join this gym but I’m sooooo glad I did! I’m brand spanking new to the world of CF but all the coaches so far have been amazing! They’re kind, friendly and patient. Workouts are challenging but they help you modify everything to your fitness level so I get a great workout without feeling like a complete failure. I love that everyone that attends the gym is super friendly too. Highly highly recommend :)

I have been going to Renascent Athletics for a year now, and it is an amazing BOX. The owners, Emily and Corey, are dedicated to their community and their members and always make everyone feel welcome and supported. Its also entirely outfitted with Concept2 rowers and genuine Rogue equipment for the rest. 2 toilets (no showers). Classes go from Monday - Saturday starting at 5am (no, not on Saturday because we arent that crazy) and there is also a lite version called Thrive 45 a couple times a week if you are new and want to ease into it or just want an active recovery day. Once a year they host their "rumble" event for members and most importantly.....there is free coffee for the morning crew to get the day started.

Renascent Athletics is the go to place for anyone and everyone looking to make a positive life change supported by a community of experienced coaches and welcoming members. The owners truly understand the lifetime value of members and that is reflected by their members. When you take a class you will likely find someone in a similar place in their fitness journey. Workouts are a healthy mix of accommodating any short comings you have and pushing your limits. For those looking to make a positive life change, this is the environment for you.

I just joined and have to say I was totally out of my comfort zone. Well, still am, however Cory and Emily are amazing coaches. They break everything down and are so encouraging and patient. There is a community with this gym. Everyone welcoming and supportive. Thanks for your support!!

I love my gym!! All the coaches showcase expertise in breaking down technical movements and helping each person gain strength and skill, and they are all kind people who care about each person in class! They really do want every person to succeed and do their best! In two months I have had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing members who work hard and have a blast everyday! I am gaining strength, flexibility, confidence and community all from belonging to this gym. Highly recommend it and I hope to see you there.

I finished the 4 private sessions before attending my first class. All of the coaches have modified appropriately for my needs. The cuing on lifts was specific and helpful. I had a great experience and class members and coaches were friendly. The atmosphere gave me a successful, positive experience. I feel that I will gradually and safely be able to reach my goals.

Coaches are technique-focused and ensure proper form every step of the way. Members wipe down their equipment and floor space after every class. The Renascent team consistently delivers awesome workouts and a great community vibe.
