We enjoyed the location, comforts, and atmosphere of this Marriott property. Great housekeeping! Just steps from iconic restaurants that shout NOLA. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar that serves international and local specialities. Better than your average hotel fare! This hotel does not offer the usual breakfast buffet of most Renaissance hotels, but great eats are steps away. This is a brief 10 minute walk walk-- and yet worlds away--from the French Quarter action.

Front desk was very kind and quick to help. Our room was very spacious and clean! I loved having a walk in closet even though there wasn’t a light. It was large enough to put a pack n play in (if you needed to)! The bed was perfect firmness. Pillows were down feathers…which are horrible, in my opinion. It was very light in our room so I wore my sleep eye mask. I liked the aveda shower products. I would stay there again. I gave 4 due to our room being a bit warm. But, I slept fine. But…My friend woke nightly being hot.

We had a great stay at Renaissance. Great roof top pool with great views. Service was the best we have experienced in a long time. Nice little art gallery. Everything is within walking distance but far enough that you don't get the noise from the downtown core. We recommend this hotel!

This is absolutely of the nicest and cleanest hotels in New Orleans. The staff is excellent. They are professional, friendly, and outgoing. They are informed and offer excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend. It's near the French Quarter and close to the Riverwalk mall, the casino, and good food. I prefer suites but what's most important is that my room is clean and comfortable. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again whether I have a suite or not.

Solid place to stay. Good location. Ample room. I expected a bit more luxury from a Renaissance, but there was nothing to complain about. Clean. Comfortable. Very accomodating staff. The restaurant in the lobby made some quite tasty food.|I would stay there again.

I am so disappointed with valet. They scraped the driver side of my vehicle. I especially asked them to take care of my car. They assured me they would. We only took our car out a few times, to cemeteries, Commanders Palace and touring Algiers. At no time did we park our car next to another. We will have to go to great expense to have this 7 inch long gash fixed.

The service is exceptionally friendly. I do wish breakfast was included for elite members. I appreciate the keyless access to floors, especially when my hands are full. The lobby is pristine and has a delightful scent. I also wish I received a room upgrade like my friend did; she had a suite. Despite being a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, there was no lounge, welcome snacks, or note from the GM. Occasionally, the air in the room felt stuffy and triggered my allergies, but overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

This was my first time at this hotel. It was a great experience! I was truly impressed at how clean. Our first impression came from Amani at the front desk she was super sweet. She made it a really easy check in! The location is great and I loved the fact it was so artsy. We will definitely make this a regular stay when we come to NO. The hotel is a nice walk to everything!
