I had a fantastic experience with Laura and Lisa during my moving process. Their kindness and helpfulness were beyond expectations. They patiently guided me through the entire process, providing all the information and paperwork I needed. Their collaboration made my moving day smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services! I also would like to highlight Jackie, she was the first person making my appointments to tour the apartments. The RH team is beyond kind and well prepared!! After viewing renaissance hills 2 months ago we finally moved in yesterday and all i can say is the process has been ezpz and smooth!! Laura in the leasing office answered all of our questions daily and in a timely manner. The apartment was clean, the grounds are easy to get around AND the dog park is a plus. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Love this complex. Laura made the whole process enjoyable and was always available when I had questions or concerns. On move in day, I was greeted with all smiles in the leasing office and everything was ready for me to grab my keys and start moving in, made everything a lot less stressful!! She even reached out later that evening to make sure my day went well, couldn’t ask for a better first day.

I just recently moved to Long Island from UT and this was the only place that actually got back to me and helped me get into an apartment! I tried so many different place and never got anywhere. Here they got back to me quick and staff was amazing! Apartment are really nice and all the amenities are a plus. Super close to supermarket and restaurant. I’m really excited to explore all the thing Hauppauge and New York have to offer!

Recently moved in and Laura Paula and Lisa were truly amazing. The move in process was simple and easy. Maintence responds promptly to my request. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into this quiet beautiful community. I truly love my new home.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They stole our deposit. They sent us a check that we attempted to put into our account after 2 days and it bounced! We then reached out to them and they said it is because we didn’t give them notice we were leaving. We actually gave them notice 2 times. As per other Reviews we have filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General and will keep everyone updated!!! The First time was when our lease was up and we emailed them to extend it for 3 months. They said okay and wanted to charge us an additional $1,000 a month for each month. We went back and forth and they said if we write an outstanding review then they would only charge $500 additional for each month. The second time was a month before we were planning on leaving. We went to look at their 2 bedroom apartment because our apartment we were moving into was still occupied and we couldn’t see it. So we asked to see what their 2 bedroom looks like since it was similar square feet. We recorded and in the recording we mentioned once again we were moving out at the end of the month. So after the check bounced they said we didn’t give the right amount of notice and stole our deposit. When they accepted our keys, did a walkthrough, and started fixing up the apartment within days of us leaving. So not only did they steal the deposit but tried charging us for the entire month that we had no keys, no access to the apartment, and their clean up crew was in the apartment. More issues we have had here. The list goes on and on DURING the winter our son was only months old. The heat went down for 3 WEEKS! Our apartment was 50 degrees. We called multiple times and when they finally answered they said they will bring us a space heater. We waited an hour and got nothing so we went to the store and bought our own. They never reached back out and never sent the space heater. The heat was out for 3 weeks in total and the outside temperature never went above 40. During this time a maintenance worker came and fixed our lock on the door and when I mentioned the space heater he said that was odd they offered it because they did not have them. Thank god I have our ARLO pointed at the door and recorded the entire conversation. I then emailed them asking where the space heater was, they said the maintenance worker told them we turned it down. We also had a huge problem with drugs in our unit. If it was just myself and my wife we wouldn’t have complained. But 100% of the time the smell of weed was creeping into our apartment. We moved in because they claim to be a smoke free community. All they did was send an email saying to not smoking and that was it. Also we have tons and tons of videos of cops being called to our unit. Either tires and rims were being stolen, or apartments were being broken into through their balcony. We have many recordings of cops being called for all different issues. If you have a child this may be the worst place for you to move. The walls are paper thin. Anytime someone would open the outside door, there was 3 to 4 dogs barking, this would continue for 10 to 15 minutes. We would just put the baby down to sleep and he would wake right back up. Even at 2 to 3 in the morning you would hear dogs barking, almost like it was in your bedroom. ALL of their reviews are bought. They hold events where if you write a good review they would give you a $25 Amazon gift card. I don’t know anyone who would actually write a good review on this place unless they were paying you.

I reaearched and visited many different complexes for 1 and 2 bedroom units within a 20 min driving radius from my office. I chose Renaissance Hills for the location, newly renovated units, beautiful pool area and well maintained grounds. Laura and Lisa answered all my questions, in person and multiple times over the phone. There were very organized and knowledgeable of the options available and able to respond immediately. The move in was straight forward, I had everything completed on the check list. I also recieved a welcome goodie bag which was a nice surprise with my new keys, and within minutes was unpacking. Im here a couple days, looking forward to meeting the neighbors and enjoying a shorter commute to work!

Renaissance Hills has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are gorgeous. Lisa in leasing office was extremely helpful and answered all questions. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place with many amenities in a great location.
