Relish Wine Bar & Grill - American restaurant in Ansonia - 314 Main St, USA

My husband , myself and another couple dined at Relish last night! The yellow fin tuna was superb! The roasted cauliflower was sheer perfection! Mario Sr. was a wonderful host. My husband and our friends thoroughly enjoyed their meal as well! We look forward to returning soon‼️( (service should read 5/5)🍷

Gotta tell you, place is spot on. I’ve now been there 3 times. Twice with my wife and mother for a casual Sunday meal. Each time the food was nothing short of spectacular, honestly. Order from the menu or the weekly specials. Have not been disappointed. Went back with the whole family, Saturday afternoon. Just as good. Service is attentive with the owner present each time. What I would comment on is the seating availability. Sunday afternoon no problem getting a table for 3 (my mom has hip issues). On Saturday evening it’s a little busier and the tables were not available for our larger party. Plenty of High tops but difficult for my mom to get in/out. Certainly won’t detract us from coming back. IMO, great place to eat some amazing food with excellent service and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Came here with a friend to catch up. We both had different wine, no complaints but nothing exceptional either. We both got soups and appetizers. She lived her lobster bisque and I thought the onion soup was good. We also shared a couple of appetizers which were yummy. The atmosphere is very crisp and modern. It's not fancy but a good spot to hang out with friends.

I’ve eaten here several times and I’ll keep coming back! The food is very flavorful, the drinks are top notch, and the service is unmatched. One of the best restaurants in Connecticut. Must try!!

I got out of work early on Friday, June 30tj, & was driving by the place & called my friend to see if she wanted to hang out & we went there. It was very nice inside & the bartender was extremely nice & friendly. We had the rose sangria which was excellent along with the charcuterie board. We had no room for other food after we had that & will definitely go back soon & try something else on the menu. I highly recommend Relish!

Food is amazingly delicious.. omg..i ate hummus.. i NEVER eat hummus. In fact i thought it was a disgusting waste of ingredients. However I've been changed, the hummus was none like i ever tasted before. Then the shredded pork tacos, fabulous! Right amount of pico de gallo and cilantro. Then the main event was shrimp scampi.. it was divine, shrimp cooked to perfection, sauce is amazing, with the additional veggies such as heirloom tomatoes and flavorful asparagus.. you have to experience it for yourself tho.. Relish food is awesome..i will be back!

Hidden gem. Brunch was great, highly recommend. Everyone happy with food. Looking forward to going back.
