We're a small business that has been using Reliant for the last 12 months. Their customer service and responsiveness is incredible. I don't use that term lightly... when we have issues, they get after it right away every time. We are set up on their monthly service plan and it has been money very well spent, just resigned for another year. Great work Tony and the rest of the team!

About a month ago, the main server computer in our office crashed. Reliant IT Solutions came out to our office, which is located in Salem, within 1-1/2 hours, and got our system operational on a temporary basis. They also got us set up with a new server machine, and networked our whole office. They were fast, professional, and efficient, and the quick response was much appreciated. I recommend them to anyone who needs IT help. Great company!
