My stay was decent in regards to not being hassled. Service was kind but not up to wanted standards. Room had leaking pipes from sink and it was a hassle to switch rooms. Had to wait over an hour while the front desk tried to fix the issue themselves. Did not want to switch rooms until they realized the pipes were doomed. Next room had a iron board with no iron. No blow dryer. other than those issues they were kind and considerate of our privacy. I'm kinda in the middle of the quality of our stay. -Brandon.

Everytime I get a room at the Extended Stay I feel like I am at home. No matter what city I am in or what county The Extended Stay has met my needs 100%. And treated me like family. You can't go wrong with the hotel chain. They have always made me feel comfy and cozy!

My husband and I were scheduled to stay here for 5 nights. First room we checked into was covered in graffiti. It was covering every inch of the inside of the drawers, there was graffiti on every light switch, on the microwave, in the bathroom, on picture frames, and under the sink on a board that looked like it was torn out. The place was EXTREMELY dirty, I don’t think it was cleaned at all before we checked in. We asked the front desk to change rooms, and the second room luckily did not have any graffiti. However, the second room was also very dirty as well, again it doesn’t look like it was cleaned before we got there. There was a bunch of hair still in the shower. The AC broke continually throughout the night, causing us to barely sleep as the room was extremely muggy. There was literal dog poop in the hallway in front of our room as well. Front desk seemed very annoyed with us when we politely brought up our concerns. We’re not fussy people, I don’t expect these places to be 5 star hotels or anything like that, but this was absolutely insane. This place was wildly sketchy. Additionally, upon check-in, the guy at the front desk read our hotel room number out loud, which if you’ve worked in the hotel industry you know you’re not supposed to do this for safety reasons. We stayed one night, and did end up getting a refund for the remaining nights. This place was horrific, avoid at all costs. While more expensive, the Holiday Inn down the street is significantly better, cleaner, and friendlier. Spend your money there instead. Also, if the owner or whoever decides to respond to this, unless you’re offering me a refund for our first nights stay as well, I don’t want to hear it. You guys are full of it.

My experience here has been great. This hotel has new owners and they go above and beyond to accommodate there guests. The morning manager is Aary and he is always smiling and very pleasant and makes sure that your happy and comfortable. The afternoon shift is Dev and Marya and they also give there guests great service. Rooms are clean and staff is excellent and I would give an A+ . I most definitely will be back. It is very safe and quiet and you will be very happy.

Stayed during the week of Sept 1st. I just wanted to warn potential guests if you are going to stay here, avoid using the water. After seeing that dirty brown water come out of the toilet, shower, and sinks I would be concerned with potential health risks especially if showering or bathing, not to mention brushing your teeth. I'm not the only one to have experienced this, you could read previous comments that this is an ongoing issue. Aside from the water, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Please do yourself a favor and stay clear from this property. I took a chance on this hotel, having stayed here before and a lot has changed. The hotel is absolutely disgusting. For starters. There is no security on property and there are a few sketchy, homeless people in the parking lot. We did not feel safe. The rooms are filthy and not cleaned properly. We found 3 cockroaches in the room and hair all over the bath and bed. There was leftover marijuana in the drawer, meaning there is zero regard for cleanliness. The hotel hallways have a musty smell and marijuana smell all over. On the second day of our stay, a middle-eastern man opened our door and said his notes say our room should be unoccupied. We explained to his that he was wrong. Nothing was done about marijuana and roaches. My wife and I left most of our luggage in the car as we didn’t want bugs getting into my stuff. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

upon my arrival, I requested a room on the third floor due to my work schedule. The first room I was given had a very strong, mildew mold smell. After expressing my concerns to the front desk, he kindly showed me some different rooms. I did find a room that didn’t smell like mildew, mold, must or animals. It did need some additional spic & span. After staying here for a week my skin had broken out in hives. One night I let the water run longer than usual before turning the shower on. When I returned to the bathroom I noticed the water had a brown tint to it. I scooped the water up with a clear container to confirm. The next day maintenance came up. We turned on the water in the tub which ran clear and smelled of chemicals which I had not smelt before. I showed him the video I taken the day before. He did confirm that the hotel water will do this in the whole building when they mess around in the boiler room, but he said nobody was in the boiler room yesterday . The staff are really nice and very respectful, I haven’t had any problem with the staff, more so the building. When you walk in the building, especially at night, it smells like a barn, the hallways smell like animal feces….especially the stairways on each end of the building. You can see several urine spots throughout the hallways. During the day housekeeping will spray down the hallways just to get the scent out but it doesn’t last long. Marijuana is legal here so you will smell it frequently in the hallways and in the parking lot. House keeping comes once a week to change towels & sheets. I’ve had to ask housekeeping to borrow the vacuum cleaner to vacuum my carpet. The front desk doesn’t have a vacuum to borrow but they do have a broom.

I recently had moved back to California and needed a place to stay. The room was clean, but the bathroom fan did not work. The burners on the stove are not even and made it difficult to cook. The key entrance would work sometimes, but most times needed to get new card keys. What was the real headache was Extended stay decided to sale the hotel, and the current management of the hotel and told us that our checkout days would be honored. The day after the exchange whit Extended Stay and the new owner, we noticed a lot of customers were in the lobby upset, and when we engage in conversation, The new owners told all of us that we would be refunded by Extended Stay, but we had to pay for another week. I was currently at the time living from paycheck to paycheck, and did not have the money to pay extra and wait for a refund, when I explained that to one of the front desk staff of Extended Stay, he responded with "It is a you problem", that flustered both myself and fiancé. It was not just us, several other patriots were angry and frustrated. I will admit that new owner reached out to Extended Stay office, who collaborated with the new owner, and came to agreement and resolved the issue, which allowed us to stay our last week. The new owners were friendly and graceful. What was shocking was asking how much another week would be, and with new owners it had increased by $300.00. This location is in a industrial area, it works if you are in a pinch or a short stay, and it fits your budget. I wish the best to the new owners, but still have a reluctance to want to do business with Extended Stay in the future. For the record, I have found an apartment.
