This place is not worth $400 a week...there are double rooms but he only puts ac in front room...back room gets really hot ...and hotter when cooking...I ask if he could put ac in back room he said no...wife said yes for $100 more ...plus it is roach infested...I bombed 💣and sprayed...did not help...stoves don't work and they won't fix...they are very nosy...don't waste your money here...better deals down the road

I had a horrible experience here. The rooms are infested with roaches. It's pretty gross waking up to a roach crawling on you. The managers are rude. When it's time to check out, they don't give you time to gather all of your belongings. They send someone to knock on your door and wait for you to leave. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This place wouldn't be bad if it wasn't for owner/management being disrespectful and rude to people. It looks nice but I have a friend who stays here. When I go to visit him. The manager yells at me not to bring my bicycle on the property and threatens to call the police on me if I ignore him. Then when I try to call my friend, I ask for the room number, only to have the manager lie to me. Telling me he's not there and then he hangs up on me. I didn't do anything to deserve that kind of disrespect from him until the last time I called and he lied again. That time I called him an lying ***hole. This guy is rude as can be and doesn't deserve to have anyone rent a room there. Others who stay there agree with me. But go ahead, stay here and find out for yourself. Just don't say I didn't warn you

Horrible stay! Owners make it miserable. You do not get your deposit back not matter what! Constantly disturbed by owners. They are nosey, knock on your door daily. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend this place and it is infested with roaches. Wifi worked off and on. Don't expect to relax or get to sleep much.

This place is horrible... I’ve been staying here off and on since 2011.. I will never come back to this place.. I phone ahead and told them I just need a small room with a kitchen for $240 a week ($20) key deposit. They told me to show up and they end up putting me in 105 which has 2 beds and is roach infested.. they said they’ll give me a deal for $270 per week plus $20 key deposit ... I would’ve considered staying here for extended time until I relized that if I turn the kitchen light off and a few minutes later turn in back on there will be so many roaches running around.. all in the bathroom, in the kitchen sink.. even in the bedroom it got to the point that I had to sleep with the kitchen light on. The owners don’t call you or people by their names... everyone is either “MAMA” or “PAPA”... that’s very awkward I don’t know how many times over the years I would correct them but I’m still PAPA ... jeez I don’t have any kids and yet these old 60s people calling me that... the maids are men who come inside the room and gossip like females.. the parkinglot sucks.. someone opened their door and scratched my car , didn’t even bother leaving me a note. They watch you and stare way too much mostly the male owner.. they know when you leave and send their little maids to go look inside the rooms to see how your keeping it. I checked in on a Friday by Sunday the owner said “papa went inside room and said you leave trash, take out trash keep room clean” isn’t that “papas” job to take out the trash as a maid? I mean come on, it was 2 bags of Taco Bell and an empty cup! They don’t give towels or tissue and they tell you that after you give them the cash. The people next door to me (106) was playing loud music after 10pm .. also if you have company the manager keeps task of what time they came and leave so they can charge you $20. Only ok thing about this hotel is the TV/CABLE upgrade and the WiFi

👎👎Bed bugs, Roaches EVERYWHERE!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Loud manager lady and nosey manager guy and creepy old guys that clean your rooms. Do not risk staying here out of convinces... They give you used dirty couches and are extremely rude in the mornings you get no sleep; neighbors are always fighting and crackheads and prostitutes always walking around...As well as not calling you by your name either welcome " mamas and the papas" cause thats what youll be called. Rude Rude Rude neva stay here again!! 😡😡👎

Good I've known mama and papa for years. Anytime I need somewhere to stay thats where I go. They have full kitchens. Oven/stove normal sized refrigerators. The area isnt the best but nobody bothers me there

I hate it I hate it I hate it. Indian owned. They lady wakes you up screaming and yelling. Owners dont talk to you with respect. Do not come to Relax Motel. They wont let you relax. They have crackheads everywhere knocking on your door asking for money.
