Clean Room Great Price Friendly People great service

It's not a hotel or a motel! This is a place where people live. I think the rent runs from 800 to 1200 a month. It is a complete mess, mold growing in the showers. It's like a prison cell there! There may be one or two rooms available there and that actually have a kitchen sink! Not to mention the infestation of roaches.! This place needs to be shut down or quarantined in my opinion.. it's completely disgusting... So if you're looking for a really dirty small box to stay in,, well I guess you found the right place but it's listed as one place when it's two places! there is an actual hotel across the street but listed at the same name and the same address online is the place across the street..the owner must have complete autonomy and must be filthy Rich because the city officials refused to clean up that area including the mold and the infestation of rats and roaches!! Anyone with any type of dignity I would stay away from this place! by the way this place does not receive a star in my opinion but I had to press at least one on the site...

I stayed here 2 nights and accidentally knocked on the wrong door thinking my friend was in there and a big black man covered in tattoos who looks like he has barely been out of prison for more than 2 day's came out and started screaming and threatening me as I apologized to him for knocking on the wrong door. I went back to my room scared for my life then the manager joined in and incited the big black scary man to keep yelling at me and screaming at me. Then he told us we had to leave and we're never welcomed back. I've never felt so scared for my life. Worst experience staying at a hotel.

I see some reviews on here that made me apprehensive to stay here at first but I now know after staying they are wrong. I'm staying working the storm and cleanliness and safety are neither a concern. Is it the fanciest no but it's nice and the Manager is super nice and easy to work with I'm not sure what prompted the bad reviews on here.
