The newer reviews were of Great help on helping us to decide to stay here. Arrived at midnight on our way to California and service was great. The check in was seamless, the price was a DEAL considering other hotel prices around and we were pleasantly surprised to find recently remodeled rooms with newer bedding and decoration. Appreciated that there is no carpeting so no smells. And the cleanliness was top notch. Rooms are on the smaller side but that didn't bother us as we were just staying overnight with our kids before we hit the road again. We were also happy to support a family owned business ❤ Would definitely stay here again.
Clean room, clean sheets, no foul smell, good service best price. That’s all we wanted and exactly we get that. If you are looking for more you will be disappointed. Rooms are clean but old. Breakfast is very very simple.
If you are looking for a simple, no frills but super clean room with friendly service, then this is the place to stay! Will definitely stay here again.
Don't know what the negative reviews are about, room was comfy, front desk lady was perfectly nice and allowed our small dog to stay.
The bed was very comfortable. The access to the freeway was really great.
If I could give this motel 0 stars I would. Their website says pet friendly and I called to confirm this before making the reservation. I called about a week later (today) to make sure the pet was on the reservation notes and spoke with a woman who said “no pets allowed” and hung up. I called back and said I didn’t appreciate being hung up on and would like to cancel the reservation she hung up again. I called a third time and asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager then hung up. I called a fourth time and was immediately hung up on again. I was not able to cancel my reservation with this hotel because of incredibly rude service even though my reservation was within the refund window. Do not ever give your money to this motel, staying in a place so extremely inhospitable is not worth anyone’s time or money. They took my money on a lie then refused to even be civil enough to give me even a moment of their time, let alone a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Will be back. Large, clean room with everything you could need, ie fridge, micro….friendly staff.
0/10 stars. Ew. I stayed in this Inn with my dad while we were here on vacation, and we tried to leave the first night we checked in. The bed was covered in hair, and I went into the office to ask the owner for some clean sheets (because it was disgusting), and she denied me the sheets and I went back into my room and my dad had to go in and talk to her with me for a second time. Then, my dad went to take a shower, and we realized that there was only one towel in the bathroom, so we asked for a second towel since there was going to be two of us here for two nights and she yelled at us saying that there were other rooms needing towels and said we were very bad people, when we threatened to leave she finally gave us the towels. The room we stayed in also had several things that could use serious interior design help. The lamps had different light bulbs, (very different), the bedding, curtains, and design of the room was random and didn't make it feel nice at all. When we came back from breakfast, to our suprise the other man working at the desk was cleaning our room and it looked like he was doing a nice job but we left to go to a Hotel. I guess I shouldn't have been suprised since it was so cheap, but I wouldn't recommend this place. The guy working was nice ish but the woman was not at all. I'd give this motel a 0/10 stars if I could. However, it is walking distance to a good restaurant and breakfast place called the Wild Goose. Seriously, a word of advice, do not stay here unless you're literal only other option is sleeping in the middle of the freeway which btw is very close and loud.
We had a great time! The theme and puzzles were entertaining and just the right amount of challenging. Thanks Eden for being the perfect âbar tenderâ host!
