Relax Inn - Webster - Motel in Webster - 2125 Empire Blvd, USA

This has been the worst motel I ever had for 88USD. The bed sheets had hair in them, the baththub was gross, not washed at all and only one light was working: above the bed. I had to go to the bathroom with a flashlight at night. The place stinks a lot. I am pretty sure that they never clean the carpets: I dropped water on it and when I tried to absorb it, my towel went dark gray, without even rubbing. This place needs some deep cleaning and they need to fix the lights.

I showed up at 12 am asked for a room when I got in the room and laid down under neath the pillow were bed bugs!!!! The place smells horrible and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. After seeing the bed bugs at 12:30 I asked for a refund and the guy argued with me saying it’s policy and I can’t get a refund then tried blaming it on me.Never come to this place very shady and unsanitary.

The bathroom sink was coming off the wall. If you touched it, the cardboards were filthy. The bedding did not look like it had been washed. The room was very tight for a single you couldn’t get around the bed between the TV and the bed didn’t bother cleaning the room Very noisy The room smells they don’t give you enough bath towels. The pillows are flat definitely not worth your money they don’t put any work into the facility. I’ve stayed in other rooms and they have been just as bad but the top this one off the sink is just about hanging on his thread net worth your money

Decent priced, small family run motel conveniently located on Empire Blvd where there are plenty of shopping and dining locations and not far from downtown Rochester. Rooms were spacious but not very clean. Bed was old but comfortable enough. Room I stayed in was like an efficiency apt with a small couch, a table and a full kitchen. Not sure if all the rooms were like that.

I will never reserve another room with Relax Inn- ever. I will also stop using Priceline for future plane or hotelaccommodations. Having made reservations at this Relax Inn a few weeks ago I was informed today , less than 24 hours before my arrival , that the property manager had cancelled my reservation with no reason given and that a refund was being processed. Further more Priceline informed me that I was on my own in attempting to find alternate accommodations less than 24 hours before arrival. That Priceline allows Relax inn to continue to list accommodations to their customers is a disgrace after such shoddy treatment by both Relax Inn AND Priceline. Both of them have lost me permanently as a customer and after using Priceline for over 10 years for flights and hotel I will NEVER patronize either business ever again!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but they are old and it shows. Having a fridge, coffee maker and microwave is a nice touch, but there was no clock in the room, and no phone to call the office. The TV wasn't working properly, but the staff promptly corrected the problem. If you are on a tight budget, consider the Relax Inn.

The sink was coming off the wall the toilet seat was broken the outlets in the bathroom didn't work the linens were very old. I could keep going.

Pretty good stay. The rooms where clean and big. We got a room with a kitchen for some reason, so this added some space to the whole room. There weren't any kitchen utensils, I suppose this room was meant for long-term stays, not for just one night. I was bit worried about the neraby highway, but it was really quiet during the night. There was a microwave and fridge in the kitchen so this an option for dinner.
