I love this place that has people who are welcoming and show love to me. They are rooms are very clean, smells amazing and no sight of insects or pest. Room service is exceptional which the stuff of the place are there for the support if you need it and the location is very convenient because it's a peaceful area that has no caos.

Spacious and very clean non-smoking room. Never ran out of hot water and the AC is the coldest I have experienced. TV and Wi-Fi connected without issues.||They have coffee . Hi-Tech drink and snack machines. Ice Machine and small laundry area.

DO NOT BOOK! They are nearly empty but on every website they have no rooms available unless you want to stay 1 or 2 nights, anymore and they are completely booked unless you walk in and book a room but the catch is they hike the price up an additional $20/night and won't match any sites that are all conveniently booked out although the parking lots been empty for weeks according to a woman currently staying there. After explaing the following to her, she has decided not to stay any longer than shes already paid. Basically they are running a scam by promoting all these cheaper prices online and then you show up and it's nearly $200 more than you expected after taxes and fees but they are waiting for those who say we are already here or it's the middle of night so can't find anywhere else, etc. Stayed here a month ago for a few days when i first got here and was going to again for my last few days in town to save a few bucks but between the scam and the following about the rooms has obviously made me change my mind. Rooms- Rooms are trash to put simply. Walked in with my coworker (he chose to stay at extended stay) and he immediately says "bro, this looks like a place people go with no more hope in there eyes and end it."... it really is that bad here. Please don't ever stay here people. Every review on Google about this place is accurate. Sort out the fake reviews and you'll quickly realize they should be a 1 star or better shut down.

DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE!!! We have stayed here multiple times as I book through Priceline. They take care of the rooms on the office side way better than the rooms in the buildings behind the office. Particularly on our June 14-15 stay we checked in approximately at 7pm. I initially asked for a room on the office side the gentleman said they were all reserved. Therefore gentleman assigned us room 213 on the back side of the office. The room had a bad odor. So, we went back to the office and asked the gentleman yo changes rooms for us. Which he did to room 410 and at this time my wife went asked for a room on the office side and gentleman again said that all the rooms on the office side were reserved. We went to room 410 and the room was not prepared to rent to guest. There were no lamps, the mirror over the desk was gone, no phone and paint was chipping (see pictures). So I called the front desk from my cell phone. The gentleman, which was the same gentleman who checked us in rudely says he can not keep changing the room, and he can just give me a refund. I explained I was not looking for a refund but a prepared room. He abruptly says you can come to the front office and get refund and hung up the phone. We make it to the front office and he is still rude cutting me off when I spoke, raising his voice and I asked for the owner but he says I can not talk to owner. He says I am going to give you a room on the office side and gives us 211. Remember though all office side rooms are reserved (so you lied). Finally I get up on June 15th to go extend our stay and the desk clerk (Vicky) says he can not extend my stay because the notes have been noted to not by the owner because of what happen yesterday. I said to Vicky no one even let us speak to the owner but I’m being refused service just off the clerk’s story without me being able to defend myself. If you complain or don’t take what they give you they will refuse you service. (PICTURES ADDED ARE OF ROOM 410)

Positive: This is the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. It was so nasty I didn't even stay. I chose to sleep in my car for the night instead. Negative: It was disgusting, dirty, and did not feel safe at all. I do not recommend!

Positive: The location was convenient. Negative: They allow drug addicts to stay there. The people in the room next to me were knocking on my door all night. I seen the woman the following morning and she was rough looking. Being a single woman staying alone, they could have placed me better. Negative: ""
