Relax Inn - Motel in Chehalis - 550 SW Parkland Dr, c/o RELA, 101 SW Interstate Ave, USA

Although not technically a five star motel, I'm giving it 5*. It was like staying at my grandma's; things might be a little bit rundown, but it's neat and clean. The bed was excellent. The exterior was lovely with roses and hanging baskets in full bloom. It really felt like the owners took pride in their establishment which was refreshing. Our dog was also made to feel welcome and there was plenty of safe space for "walkies."

Very nice little place, love the oversized jetted tub, room was very spacious and was easy to maneuver around furniture. Easy check in, fun little balcony also. Friendly and nice staff.it is next to I-5 and my partner said it was quiet and slept well. (I am deaf so can't tell ya about noise level.) Someone is cleaning great it was spotless and a great price.

Overpriced for the condition of the room. The room was clean and had nice newer floors, but they were sticky. The fire detector was broken and missing from the ceiling. When I pulled the comforter back from the pillow I was greeted with a large stain that resembled Vaseline or something of that nature; very easily seen and should have been noticed by housekeeping in the process of bed making. The landline phone keys were very, very dirty....certainly didn't want to get near that. There was a glob of something large and white on the mirror next to the TV, still having nightmares about that. And all of the white washcloths available in the bathroom were stained tan and appeared dirty. There were also tiny holes all over the curtains which had never been replaced. But I give it 2 stars because the hosts were nice and garbage cans were emptied of previous guest's waste.

It was a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The dirty sheets had black stains, the blankets were torn and one of the bedspreads on the bed looked dirty, 2 pillows smelled very bad as if they had not been changed by previous guests, the air conditioning was very noisy and the bathroom was very old . , the bathroom fan was very dirty, a lot of dust, it was disgusting. I didn't feel safe lying in beds, it made me very sick and I had 3 children. I felt worse than if I were in a hostel and for the price I paid it wasn't fair. I would never stay there again.

My little family and I chose this small affordable hotel because of the location. It put my next door to my grandma while visiting from out of town. For the price I would like to note there are 100% way better hotel options nearby... save yourself the humiliation and disrespectful behavior you could potentially receive from the man at the front desk like I did after checking out. Approximately 45 minutes after checking out 2 hours early.. He, called himself the Manager, called my phone and told me to bring his 2 towels back. I was confused but told him i would check our belongings and call him back... *I'll make a note here that they supplied small torn Towels for bathing and after coming into our room while we were with family and cleaned our room. The following morning before we checked out I bathed my youngest and left all the (3) towels, (2) handclothes and (2) washcloths next to the bathtub on the floor.* I called him back to confirm we did not have his towels and he then proceeded to cus and called me some pretty derogatory names saying he was calling the cops on me. We will never stay here again and how this man is still in business is beyond me. I will be making other reports as well. Save yourself the trouble and do not stay here.

The Owner is super friendly and nice !!!! The bed is so comfy and huge.! I had rented the room with an amazing bath tub with jets.! I will definitely be returning! Pet friendly and affordable! Will be definitely returning!

Older rooms, but extremely clean and neat. It was also quiet and comfortable. Add in a great bed with a very reasonable rate and you get a pleasant stay.

OK if you want a quick cheap place to sleep, it will work. The phone is not connected so you can’t call the front desk, there is no heat that I can find, there is stains on the bedstead, when I filled the jetted tub black floaties appeared, I have never been in such a yucky place. I will not be back. I don’t get cold easily and I’m freezing!
