Relax Inn Motel - Motel in South Bend - 50520 State Hwy 933, USA

Place had bed bugs and roaches EVERYWHERE and after paying for a week they ripped me off of my money!!!!!! As I checked out they said they were gonna move me to another room or give me my money back. Soon as I gave them the key they refused to give me my money or a different room!!! This dump needs to be bombed!!!!!!!! The evil people working the desk looked like they were on drugs and they're kids looked dirty!!!!!!!! Sorry just speaking the truth. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to the trash dump!!!!!!!

This place had roaches so bad. I literally couldn't take it anymore and left after Bout an hour. And still felt like things crawling on me. And their price was horrible for that place. 65 dollars to sit in a room with a whole bunch of roaches. No thanks

I have friends that stayed out there and I had visited them. This place is full of bed bugs and roaches. The plumbing always backs up into the bathrooms. When the staff is told about this nothing is ever done. I would never ever recommend anybody stay at the relax inn.

Absolutely awful. never a quiet hour from 11pm thru 630am when we left room had stale food in the fridge from god knows when. room smells like cigarettes. blood stains on the sheets. remote for TV was slimy. roaches all over the floor. lastly this one wouldnt have happened if i didnt make the mistake of leaving it behind. i understand its on me for leaving my vehicle registration on the dresser but when i asked about it the girl up front and the housekeeper both swore there was no registration found in the room. turns out it was in the dumpster :) highly recommend finding another room and if not possible sleep in your vehicle

The worst place to stay but the cheapest to get for days. Has Roaches, the showers don't always work right, shower curtains are usually broke not enough fresh towels, trash left under the beds most of the time. Spotty wifi when you get further away from the office. Loud people late at night and early in the morning. The cleaning people walk in on guest when they are in the middle of packing up and leaving the room which is rude.

Rooms are full of black mold. Dirty linens. Rooms looked like they haven't been cleaned. Found 3 crack pipes under the bed. Needless and baggies. Cockroaches are so bad they are crawling outside. Electric can and will cause a fire.

This place is disgusting. It reeked in room five, I stayed up keeping bedbugs n roaches off my son (who had to sleep in the floor) all night. I'm asthmatic and I'm allergic to both so I had to take numerous breathing treatments just to breathe in here. Plus the male housekeeper didn't dust(5 layers of dust every were) or vacum. We asked for a fitted sheet for bed and they told us no even tho they had a clean basket full right next to them outta dryer! We asked to be moved to a nicer room earlier as it didn't stink and was remodeled n got told no again even tho no one took it. They are cheapskates and took money from a church to get us in here and refused to rectify the issues. Your best bet is to pay a lot and go to motel 6 in roseland that's never had either problem and has security guards there at night plus it's surrounded by cheap restaurants. DONT STAY HERE!!! ITS A HEALTH HAZARD!!!!

The prices are cheap..for 1 night its $45.00, $195.00 a week. 1 thru 12 is decent with up to date showers, nice mini fridge, carpet cleaned, air conditioners and tv's that works. On the other side, the rooms are full of roaches..They will give you stain towels on that side. If there is one set of towels in the room, you will not recieve another set...No matter how many are in the room. No ice machine, or vending machines in order to get a snack or something to drink. Especially during late hrs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE DON'T DRINK THE WATER...IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK AS A DOG!!!...And it smells like the sewage, dead fish, or some kind of road kill. And I've never been so serious in my life. Don't subject your family..especially children to such filth.
