Owner is super nice. I've done work for him before and have to say he definitely isn't a slum motel owner.
Rooms are remodeled and well made, but they were not the cleanest. We found a bra on top of the closet and there were handprints all over the headboards 🤢, and I think they skip the mirrors too. Staff was polite, and helpful. If housekeeping would make sure to clean the rooms a little better it would be a 5 star!
Went there after dark and they still charged me the full rate. Rooms are nice but no cable
Cockroaches in the room I asked for my money back since I stay here alot I figured they would be kind enough to just give our money back they would only give us half back. Wouldn’t have posted a bad review if they would have just gave our money back but I felt like I was being ripped off and forced to stay in a roach motel.
the owners on sight are liars!! we called last weekend to checknif a specific room was open for the weekend and we were told yes. we drove an hour and a half and when we arrived they didnt have the room. they then talked us into staying in a normal room and was told the folliwing day we would get the room we wanted. the following day they told us the room was out if order and they could not refund us for the 1st or 2nd night but sqid they would give us the room we wanted for free for one night. so now the following weekend i called up here before i drove the hour and hqlf drive to make sure the room was available for free and the lady said yes. now im here and i go to check in and the lady said she never said anything about a free room.. not only did these people get $300 out if us last weekend for a room we didnt want but again we confirmed prior to making the long trip and get here and sqys she never said anything like that. these people make their money off lying to their customers. nithing but lies and more lies from these people. they will swindle money out of you somehow so please beaware that this people running this place are scammers!!|
My parents stayed here on last week and my mom was attacked by the overwhelming amount of bed bugs that covered the room! When they approached the staff about this they were extremely rude and asked “ You found a bed bug in 24 minutes” very unprofessional and unsympathetic to the situation even though my father took them one of their friends (bed bug) They only offered a partial refund and didn’t offer to clean their personal property! If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t not visit this hotel please for your sake this place should be shut down! Pictures will be posted!
Very pleasant employees and friendly. Excellent customer service and amazing experience. Me and my family give them all five stars for cleaning of the rooms. Rooms are good size and the pictures on the website are just as described. We stayed a family vacation on June 24 thru June 26, 2022. Would recommend this motel to everyone. Thank you for the opportunity to visit.
Our stay here was so relaxing. We stopped here expecting just a bed to sleep in, but we found much more. The rooms appear to be newly renovated, and they are very nice. Our room had granite counters and tabletops, sleek modern finishes, a ceiling fan, and a big comfy couch. We were pleasantly surprised! They serve a complimentary breakfast with bagels, pastries, fruit, boiled eggs, and freshly brewed coffee and green tea available. The real coffee was a nice touch. It made me feel like I was at home. If we are ever in the area again, this is where we will stay. It was so comfortable, and we really felt welcome.
