Relax Inn Motel - Motel in West Babylon - 915 Sunrise Hwy, USA

Very bad. The best is ridiculously soft. I’m medium build and my butt sunk. Worse than a hammock. The bed sheets were damp and when we took them off a moth was in them. We asked the staff for dry sheets and they begrudgedly gave us new but we had put them on ourselves. We were provided only 1 towel to share and zero washcloths. The blow dryer didn’t work as a styling dryer because it turns off unless you hold down the on button. I told the manager we were leaving early- that we were not comfortable and he turned on his heal and walked away. Heres a picture of the sign. They rent the rooms by the hour. Any wonder i didn’t sleep a wink? Awful!

Don’t believe to the reviews here, I call to the hotel the lady said : “many free room available come” drive one hour from queens in the middle of the night when its rain and she lies when I came, she said: “no more rooms” Old lady that don’t like that people don’t speak Spanish.. lie that the place full when I see half the parking empty !!! And see the girl cleaning 2 rooms empty !!!! In the pic the second room she cleans. Stay away from there.

The rooms are very clean and beautiful and the prices are great . The services is great and everyone is so nice and polite! I recommend that you give them a try and see for yourselves! This place has came a long way! 5 star's ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No frills motel. Room was small, no workspace. Bathroom was fine. The mattress and very springy!

The rooms are okay, they're better than most motels. They're clean !! but the lady in the front I guess she's the owner is very rude she doesn't like people even talking to her . They don't have no vending machines or nothing and the parking lot super super small.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room. Restaurant next door was closed on Sunday. Hotel arranged transportation for us and assisted us with all needs.

This Motel has come a long way over the years. It is very Clean and neat and the rooms over all look is very nice. The Motel staff was helpful and nice. The only thing that I didn't care for was all you have to sit on is the bed or the toilet. There is no arm chair in the room to sit on to watch TV in. Other then that. This is a very good place to come when Traveling for work or visiting Family or Friends or for whatever your Traveling need may be. I recommend staying here very much.

Came here for one night with my boyfriend. The man in the front office was very friendly and the location was perfect for what we needed it for. After reading reviews I was very skeptical but upon arriving to this “motel” I was shocked by how nice it actually is. The room was small but that is my only con. It was a clean room, updated brand new bedding, hot shower, great location and great price. I would definitely recommend this place if you are on a budget and don’t be scared of the reviews like I was.. this place is actually 4 stars in my opinion.
