Relax Inn - Motel in Waco - 3824 I 35 N Frontage Rd, USA

A friend of mine stays at this property regularly, as he is a member of a well known contacting company. The location is EXTREMELY convenient and his room is serviced by housekeeping apparently daily, as it is always clean and linen are fresh. I really like the modern tile they have updated the bathrooms with and the updated flooring is nice also. I have not personally stayed here in well over 15 years but as of my recent visits, I would have to say that the owner and staff clearly take a lot of pride in what they have to offer and that can make all the difference a business needs to succeed.

Clean rooms good service and cheap

The room smelled horrible like cigarette smoke and onions. The toilet had dried urine and hair on the rim and the vanity/sink had hair on it as well. We only had 4 pillows with 2 queen beds and a twin. There were fingerprint smudges everywhere giving the tell all signs that nothing was wiped off. The only thing nice I can say is that the floors were nice and clean.

Great constomer service! I don't think I'll ever stay another night there again. Do to the visual of the lack of cleaning. I noticed the sheets on the beds were very stained, and the restroom toilet, and shower looked as if they haven't cleaned it in two weeks.

Do not come stay the this place. I accidentally left a pair of nice shoes there and when I called to see if they had my shoes, they said they did so I go back and when we drove back all the way over there they didn't have them. And still had the nerve to tell me they threw them away. It is not clean and there were bugs everywhere. The only reason we stayed was because we were at youth retreat and all hotels were booked. Literally slept with one eye open.

Would give a zero but no option. We paid for 2 nights and around 2 am on the 2nd night my husband woke up and noticed bed bugs crawling in our bed so we got up and seen bugs in the chair and a whole lot of bed bugs under and around the mattress and box spring. And the manager would not even come look at our room or video we took and would not give any refund or apology.

The room was clean and nice for the price you pay for a night, plus it was very quiet no traffic and people walking around all hours of the night, it was comfortable..
