Positive: Nothing. Negative: The Mgr gave my room away to someone else, so I had an Xtra bed I didn't need. Only for it to have hairs and residue from previous guest inside of it. Idk what was dripping down the walls in bathroom, but they never cleaned that up. Microwave broken. Negative: ""

This place is great for hanging out in Downtown Vicksburg! It's a family business and the service is wonderful. The rooms have been completely renovated and offer a cozy place to sleep or just chill out downtown! They offer a great view for the fireworks for July 4!!!

Positive: Great downtown location if you want something close to the action within walking distance. Negative: Being downtown, Bringing any full size vehicle (like a pickup) will be a little difficult due to very tight turns in some places for parking, but location has a multi level parking garage attached. It was clean, everything in good working order, very central located ... and yes, it is dated but already so dated that it comes back into fashion 😉 (retro). But hey .... all is clean and it doesn’t look shabby. Staff very friendly & responsive. Secure parking available. Drink vending machine in lobby. Complementary coffee in the morning. Despite the reviews we have seen.... we enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Good value for money. I cannot fault it as you get exactly what they say it is.

For 45$ this place is the bomb. Walking distance to the beautiful downtown area where there is everything from theatres to rooftop dinning and museums and parks. No more then 10 minutes from everything. Rooms are simple and clean. We had a king room and it was spacious with a dining table for two. PET FRIENDLY $10 a night extra. There were only a handful of guests here and I don't know why. I would suggest this place to the family in a budget, weekend lovers or a solo traveler. This place even has private elevated parking off the streets. I will be staying here every time I come to Vicksburg. Pictures are from right outside our room.

The three stars are for the low price. Seriously budget priced motel. The building is definitely past its prime, but the room was clean, a/c worked, nice tv, bed was comfortable. Was nice not to pay an arm and a leg to crash for a few hours. Parking garage. Was able to safely park with a trailer. Was able to walk to restaurant.

It was the basic room you would expect for the price you pay. I was not actually sleeping in the room as I was investigating the area during the night. It was close to where I needed to go and convenient for me to swap out equipment. I would not bring my family for a stay as the area could have questionable people and activities going on. I definitely had my weapons ready to defend myself in case anyone messed with me, but thankfully wasn't bothered at all.

We were on a road trip and always try to stay within walking distance of downtown and the location of this 'hotel' was perfect. The building is a bit rough looking so to is the reception area and lifts. The room was quite shabby but the bedding, towels etc clean. All of this is ok for a few nights but the service is the worst ever ever experienced. On arrival in reception we were looked at but not spoken to untill asked for ID the girl had a problem on computer so called (we assumed) manager who walked out picking her nose and totally ignoring us. I could spend a long time here telling you about the unhelpful and rude staff but wont bore you, all I'll say is for the two nights we were here we were totally ignored by every member of staff. Unbelievable. Such a shame as this is the only hotel in downtown and the building/rooms with a little TLC and a complete change of staff/management or lessons in customer service could be great. Another downtown hotel opening would perhaps solve this. The town is a lovely stroll away and is great the people so friendly everywhere we went.
